✓ DisappointedI don’t know why did I purchased this VPN. Everytime it gets disconnected with in every half hour..Version: 3.4.0
✓ I don’t know what to doAs soon as I try turning on/connecting the vpn It disconnects Me from the actual WiFi I’m using. My wifi is strongly connected until I press the button to turn the vpn on in the app and disconnects my wifi and “tries to connect” on its own? Why is it turning off my wifi and attempting to make the vpn work like that? it ends up saying “unable to connect, please check you’re internet connection and try again” when there is nothing wrong with my wifi. My wifi works fine until I click to turn the vpn on. It makes zero sense. Please fix this..Version: 3.0.0

✓ Would not recommend.When I first started using it, it wouldn’t let me connect to the vpn, but after multiple tries I got it to connect, then it would switch itself off so I had to go back and switch it back on, this happened MULTIPLE times a day which is extremely annoying. The vpn also interferes with my WiFi and takes forever to get things done. I even bought the premium pack to see if it would work better but unsurprisingly, it didn’t. Dont waste your money on this vpn because it’s practically useless. Its a complete WASTE for people who can’t access certain websites or apps and getting their hopes up for a VPN that is unable to deliver fast and efficient network..Version: 3.6.0

✓ Frequently refuses to connect, support is hopelessI've been using StarVPN for just over a month in China and my experience has been less than satisfactory. The service will frequently disconnect - regardless of country chosen - and then refuse to connect for minutes after. There I am standing waiting on the VPN to connect to use voice translate in many frustrating situations. I contacted to technical support who responded one week later with a pithy 'have you tried turning it off and on'-esque response. After giving them more information about my issue they continued to defend the service and that it is my device that has the issue - my wife experienced the same problems with StarVPN. Support has not responded in over a month since I gave them full details. I just don't think they care..Version: 2.3
✓ Can’t access what I have paid for!I purchased the year subscription. A couple of months later I cancelled the renewal so that I would get charged a year later. Straight afterwards the access to the app was revoked and I am not not able to use it even though I paid for a year! After paying for the service, it required me to reset up the vpn configuration on my phone and otherwise it could not running. For the reset up, I was forced to agree that everything on my phone via this vpn will be monitored. Don’t know what does this exactly mean, but sounds terrible. I only wanted the 7-days trial version and it turned into a monthly subscription for £9.99 per month and it’s impossible to stop the auto-renewal! ✓ App is not consistentI installed this app 25 hours ago, but its runtime shows only 19 hours. When waking my iPhone XR with the settings page still open, I notice the “VPN” toggle switches quickly from off to on. Apparently, this VPN only works while the phone is in wake mode? Doesn’t make sense, as my phone has been in sleep mode well over six hours over the last 25 hours. Developers, please advise of any solutions. ✓ Keeps dropping outI’ve been paying $12 a month for two years and just found out new customers are paying $7 per month for the same service. Kind of a let down.
