✓ The workout is good but...I like the workouts I think they are good and effective but there are two things I am not happy about. One is the monthly price changed after I downloaded the app it is higher. The second thing is when I joined the information given said that there would be new exercises added now it doesn’t say that and of course none have been added. So because of these two things I am very disappointed. So I give these app 3 stars..On Time 1@2Version: 3.5.0

✓ Needs ImprovementThis is a good workout, however, the app itself needs some improvement. The creepy woman's voice could sound less digital & more legible (took me several workouts before I realized she was saying bicep chair), as well as the voice change halfway through the workout. Also at exercise 9 the prompt voice is no longer there so you need to look at your phone to see what's next. And, the thing that actually really gets me is the misspelling of okay at the end of the workout! I'm mean really, okey???? Keep tweaking this app & it may turn into a keeper..Bonus!!Version: 2.3

✓ FreeIt looked like it was going to be free but really to get the workouts you may end up wanting to do you have to pay. Some people can’t afford to pay for gym stuff that’s why we get free apps. ✓ There's betterNot awful. But being able to randomize the exercises to keep things interesting would be amazing. And the little voice telling you which exercise is coming up next during the 10 sec break would be helpful. Also, I workout at 5am.
