It is okayI got this app to boost my fitness and so i didn’t have to pay like my other app, it did boost my fitness but after my first workout it would only let me choose one of them as the rest i had to get a membership and pay for them. Balanced workoutThe seven minute workout is a good range of activities, not too demanding and can be done at home. It should probably be done twice, so 14 minutes to keep you ticking over with the 30 second side plank done on one side in the first 7 minutes then swapping to the other side next time. It’s worth familiarising yourself with the exercises so that the few things that are needed are all too hand. Not the worse way to spend up to 15 minutes!.Version: 3.5.0
