✓ Very expensive!!! Flat rateI parked at my local ACE parking for 40min not knowing how expensive it would be to stay. Ended up having to pay 40$ for the little amount of time I stayed. No valet or functioning elevators. For the price of parking this was not worth it. Do not recommend. ✓ Unbelievably badThe only reason I use it is the lot I go to charges twice as much if you don’t use the app. It takes a zillion steps to make a reservation, it ignores all your defaults and makes you re enter them every time. They need to fix a lot of small things and two big things: 1) shortcut to make the same reservation again, 2) option to not make a reservation, just scan as I go in and out and charge me whatever it costs!.George SnuffleupagusVersion: 3.2.4

✓ Terrible app, ridiculous forced useThis app is terrible and the lot we needed to park at wouldn’t accept any other form of payment other than using this garbage app. I’m not going to sit here and list the hundreds of things wrong with it, enough people have done that. Suffice it to say, the people creating the app clearly aren’t ever using it themselves otherwise they would know it isn’t even ready for release to customers. ✓ Poor quality appThe latest updates were the worst. None of my information was saved so I had to re-enter everything. The map wouldn’t even load properly so that I could find my preferred parking garage, which despite having listed it as a favorite before would never show up under my favorites (it’s the only parking garage I use). With the latest format it is so not user friendly and the wording is off (Arrivals? Departures? This isn’t an airline) also making it unnecessarily unclear and complicated for a basic app. What was this update supposed to improve? ✓ Have the developers themselves ever use this app?It’s functionally so hard to use. It doesn’t make sense that you can’t type in the lot number and instead you have to zoom into the parking lot from the entire map of the US. Like what? On top of that, after you zoom into where the lot would be, it sometimes doesn’t show up on the app. For how clean the interface looks, the app is awful to use. ✓ Misleading rental information at San Diego Parking Ramp at Park 12 The Collection 100 Park PlazaI purchased earlier today a Parking Voucher which states on the Voucher good from 12:00am to 12:00am Friday, July 26, 2019. Finally located the Underground Parking Ramp entrance after asking multiple people at the location since there was absolutely NO signage. Unfortunately, the Screen Gate was down and apparently closed when we tried to access at 4pm this afternoon. Subsequently after talking to 2 very pleasant ACE employees, we were told that the Parking doesn’t open until 5pm! So very confused and uncertain why the website and the Parking Voucher that I purchased and printed clearly indicates it’s valid for a 24 hour period! Apparently this is incorrect, and misleading, and also the Contract Limits of Ace Liability states “No refunds for permits issued after purchase”. I and the other 3 people in my vehicle were greatly inconvenience as we waited around in excess of an hour to park our car, and were able to leave it for just a few hours - like 3 hours, vs. the 24 hours the Contract stated! While doubtful I’ll ever be able to each someone at ACE to get some satisfaction about their error & misleading Contract and advertising on the App, I hope that common decency would prevail and they’d refund a portion of the Price + ‘Convenience Fee” of $.95!.Del Sur RonVersion: 2.149

✓ Shouldn’t even have to use this appSupposedly you can pay by text, but when I click on the link and enter my payment details I’m unable to pay. So then I’m forced to download an app for a parking transaction that I don’t think I will repeat ever again. And of course the app seems like it was designed without any customer feedback at all: for some reason I have to add parking to a shopping cart in order to check out (I need a cart because apparently I plan to pay for parking for TWO cars at the same time?!?). And then of course I need to REGISTER my car AND my card, and select both the card and the car in order to checkout. And to add insult to injury the auto fill doesn’t work for some reason so I have to manually enter my credit card number. All in all I spent close to 5 minutes trying to accomplish something that would have taken 30 seconds at a normal meter. ✓ Pay by hour?There is no option to pay by hour. Set arrival and departure time, lot#, and it’s a really high ***flat*** rate. Even for two hours. Find metered parking at another nearby lot. This app is just insane, not well thought out, and definitely not worth it..User_S292Version: 3.3.9

✓ Parking extensions via the app are not communicated to enforcement officerThe app reminded me of the upcoming expiration in 15 minutes, paid the extension fee with 12 minutes to spare and came to my car to find that a notice was issued a few minutes after the original expiration. Had to submit an appeal statement online and provide photos as proof, it will take 4-6 weeks to hear back by postal mail if they recognize the error on their part. Loved the fact that I could pay easily with ApplePay and manage my parking session on the app. Unfortunately after this experience in San Jose, CA, I will not use the app or ACE unmanned parking facilities again.EddiedmvVersion: 3.3.11

✓ UnusableI use many other pay to park applications. Some of those are quirky but manageable. This one was literally unusable. Tried to add a new vehicle. Nothing gets added. Tried again nothing. Tried again yet nothing. Then 3 copies of the same vehicle appear. The app failed to show that there was a lag and didn’t show any “info saved” message. So you think there is an error but not. Then you have 3 vehicles with the exact info (heard of duplicate validation anyone?). Then I tried to pay. Though the garage claimed it used the app the map view didn’t show the garage I was parked in and there was no way to enter the garage number manually. Ended up deleting the app and paying in the machine in the lobby. Who knows if I had waited 15 minutes maybe the garage would have appeared? Save your time. ✓ Confusing to use - clearly they don't know their usersI like the idea of this but it's SUPER confusing. Problem is you don't have much of a choice if the parking kiosk is down.I really have no idea if I paid for what I need to. When you try to pay per hour it just shows you "0 hours" or the all day option. What if I go over an hour? Does it charge me again automatically? How do I know when my hour is up? How can I be confident that I won't get a ticket? And why does the app not list the lot # that is shown on the lot sign? ✓ Update is horrible!Newest version of the app is horrible! The interface is bad, and it actually won’t let you purchase parking at some lots if you need to change the duration of the parking. To add, the attendants don’t bother to check that you purchased via app before writing tickets. After this new update rolled out (just like all previous updates) I got multiple bogus tickets. ✓ Booted!!!I got excited I could use the convenience of an app to pay for parking, but that didn’t last long. The app doesn’t offer me the same options as the kiosk at the Parkin lot. But the worse part is that I’m currently waiting by my car for someone to show up because it GOT BOOTED, even after paying for it. ✓ App never worksConsistently loses the information I store in it (eg my car info and cc info) and always tells me my password is incorrect. When I change it, it then repeatedly tells me that the new password is incorrect. Then I have to manually re-enter all the information which mysteriously (also consistently) disappears or cannot be processed. Therefore forced to use the pay by text feature which adds a “convenience fee”. There is absolutely nothing convenient about the app or the texting. Awful..Whyme....Version: 3.2.3

✓ Absolutely the worst thing ever!App doesn’t direct you to next part of instruction. Hard to find your lot. Impossible to figure out how to actually pay for parking. I uploaded all the info, CC, etc, and it just didn’t want to me to pay. Okay, fine, but it leaves doubt whether your car will get towed or not. It is one of the most user unfriendly apps I’ve ever seen. What makes it worse, is you don’t have time at this point to f@&$ around and fiddle with it. It should be much easier. You’ve parked, it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to figure out. You want to go to the event you’re going to instead of trying to decipher your parking situation. ✓ Fix the machines or fix the appMachine didn’t work which forced me to use the app, Can’t add time to my reservation, made a new reservation on the app and I come back and I still get a ticket after paying a ridiculous amount for parking… either fix your machine to include tap to pay or make it when you pay on the app you don’t get a ticket because now I have to waste my time disputing a ticket that I can’t do until 24 hours after it’s been issued. Thanks for ruining my Saturday. (Ticket issued at 4:45 and my new reservation was until 5:10 @ 520Beach).YashingtonVersion: 3.3.6
