✓ Super fun gameThe puzzles are challenging without being frustrating (mostly lol), and while it can be pretty annoying if you're out of hints and don't want to pay, they offer free hints with enough regularity that it doesn't matter (though personally i enjoyed the game enough that i didn't mind giving them a couple dollars). some of the solutions are pretty wild (SPOILER at one point there Is a werewolf and instead of using the gun you have, you have to leave, make a molotov cocktail, and come back to throw it) but it's always solvable and generally enjoyable..Version: 1.1.6

✓ You don't need to pay to unlock next rooms lolI've downloaded tons of escape room games and most of them they give you a sneak peek and you have to pay to unlock the other rooms. You can use money to pay for hints or you can use the spinner to try to win hints. The wooden puzzle needs fix my pieces were correctly but it wouldn't unlock, so I used my hits to skip it I was able to finish without spending money on it, loved it !!!!.Version: 1.0.8

✓ Really fun, but hard to navigateI had to use a lot of the clues to even know what the next step was. It was frustrating when the clue was simply to use the back arrow to get out, for instance, of looking at a specific item. Then I had to wait and watch another ad to get another hint when the first hint didn’t help in the first place. Also, it’d be nice if somehow there could be a label that pops up of what the items are. Some are hard to see in the right hand column. Some of the number codes to locks seemed really random too.... one number each from a different room and they had no connection. I had to use a couple hints to pass through locks for this reason. It’d be different if there were like 5 rooms to pull from, but there are like 30 rooms to pull from. I do like, however, how the game progressed through rooms..Version: 1.1.6

✓ BY FAR THE BEST ESCAPE GAME EVER!This has been, by far, THE BEST escape game I've ever payed! I have played at least a hundred escape games and this has to be #1 in my book! I'm so use to conquering a few levels and then asked to spend money to open more levels. This did not ask for any money and there were barely any adds. It is definitely a plus for being a full complete game without asking for money to open levels. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it took me a couple weeks to complete, given I have a full time job and family time throughout the week. So this has been the perfect game to play on my down time. ✓ Solid game, challenging in a good wayEnjoying this game a lot so far - it doesn’t have a tutorial level or a story when you start so you’ve just gotta jump right into the gameplay. The controls are relatively intuitive though it’s annoying sometimes that the bottom half of the screen seems to be the ‘back’ button more often than it is a location to search in. The bit of dialogue there is isn’t fantastic, but the puzzles are better than the writing. The near constant ‘rate me’ screen is enough to drive you to drink - I was playing this in a location without internet and couldn’t rate it so it popped up every few minutes, but even with that annoyance I’m definitely happy with this one..Version: 1.2.0

✓ Good BUTThere were a couple of puzzles that need work. I did the book puzzle correctly. I even double checked it with a walkthrough video and it just wouldn’t open. I ended up using hints to “buy” my way past it. Also the “wooden” puzzle with the triangles is glitchy. I had it right and had to keep just making tiny tiny adjustments until it finally worked. I was so frustrated that I looked up a couple answers and used many of my hints. So many escape room games are too easy and straightforward, but this game does a great job at making a real puzzle game. Do be aware before playing that there is the slightest bit of gore (just a little blood splatters, two dead bodies, you have to use a scalpel and a gun at some point), as some people do not fare well with such themes. On an iPhone it’s really hard to see some things around the edge of the screen 2. When you pick up an item it is so small in the inventory on a phone there should be a description pop up so you know what you have selected. Apart from that it’s kept my brain busy. ✓ One of the better escape roomsThis game is good. Tough enough. I played it on an iPad mini which made it harder. You can not zoom in on items in inventory, which made it hard to tell what it was and if you can’t tell what it is then it’s hard to tell what to use it for. I did get stuck on a puzzle for awhile and wish the hint would have just given me a clue, like places one piece of the puzzle, instead it solved the entire puzzle. Longer than I expected. Which is great! Since I played it with long breaks in between and you can’t zoom in on the rooms the hints were great in saving time trying to search the rooms for what you were looking for after you found an item to use. I was getting frustrated trying to find the place I wanted. Hints jump you to the right room. I wouldn’t say they provide much in the way of a “hint” though, but that forces me to stick it out on my own. However so times I was left wondering, was there really a clue I missed that somehow correlates these two things. Overall really enjoyed this game..Version: 1.1.6

I like the 3D map and how it indicates where there are additional rooms or scenes to be discovered. This helped in a couple of places (corridors) where I couldn’t initially make out a door in the normal view. Being able to use the map to move rooms quickly is also a good feature. This is a game that took me several hours to complete and I never would have finished without purchasing hints and watching walk-through videos. Because of the small screen format, many items were hard to identify and it was difficult to make out needed details in the atmospherically dark environment. You need a good memory to navigate back to previous areas of interest or remember number clues for electronic keypads. The frequent "rate this game" pop-ups were annoying but I got used to them after a while. Not too many full screen ads. Puzzles were great, however I had to finally skip the wooden puzzle because I couldn't get the pieces inserted precisely enough for the game's liking. ✓ Awesome!I really loved this game, it's an adventure. The puzzles are not hard, but you do have to think and they take some time to do. There is a teleporting map, which is needed often. The hint system is good, they are very generous in giving 4 hints to start off with. Occasionally I used a hint because I couldn’t remember where something was and didn’t want to traipse around the whole complex. There is some gore, so be aware of that. ✓ Fun but not enough clues - prison adventure 2Liked this game but it was really LONG! Some of the clues were way to far fetched to be able to solve without buying the hints. Some of the codes use really random things from different rooms to solve puzzles. At one point I had so many things collected and nowhere to use them so I broke down and bought the hints. By the end I hated the puzzles. They were all basically the same type of puzzle, not much variety, just different graphics. I’ve played several of this company’s games and the puzzles were recycled so some I’d solved before...maybe not exactly the same, but similar. I got tired of playing at the end..Version: 1.1.6

✓ It’s all about the interfaceI’ve played a lot of escape room games and I’ve found that besides the setting, a really big component of what makes one enjoyable is the interface, as in the way items are picked up and used, the movement from room to room, etc. I’ve played some that are clunky and it just ruins the experience. ✓ Great gameThis was one of my favorite games in a while. Very well done. The puzzles were challenging. I can’t believe people complain about having to watch a video for clues. You have to support people making games they don’t do it for free. The hint and map buttons were a little close together, and sometimes felt there wasn’t enough space and touching things and being bounced back and forth In rooms but a minor complaint. Good graphics. Another thing is that it is very hard to get hints unless you buy them. There is rarely a time to watch an ad for a hint and the wheel almost never gives you a hint. ✓ Different and challenging escape game!I’ve downloaded a lot of escape games and they usually all end up feeling like slightly different versions of the same game with awful visuals. This one looks pretty good for a phone game and doesn’t feel like the same prison escape I’ve played 1000 times. It has different rooms you have to unlock and travel back and forth in throughout the game which adds to the challenge. It also has different games and puzzles I haven’t really seen in other apps. With some items it’s hard to tell what they are so it can be hard to figure out how to use them, but you can figure it out with trial and error.
