✓ 1 2 Freddy's coming for you......ok I'm an 80's child and this takes me back to NOES although this is Friday the 13th inspired...*has booked this coming F13 off work*...I love it cos I'm a horror movie freak and spent many an hour popping up the road to the video store once I came of age to flip through the horror section in Video Action. Graphics are good, gameplay is great, puzzles are manageable for a gamer who loves a hint. Ok, I don't have much patience, the ONLY criticism I have is that the solution walk through is too quick, my brain is slow, so for me it's very frustrating. ✓ Cool puzzler, Excellent presentationAt the moment, there are two sliding puzzlers with a very similar mechanic on the App Store, Red's Kingdom, and Slayaway Camp. Both have got a lot of charm, and while the core gameplay of the two is very similar, both have unique properties. Slayaway Camp doesn't have the Zelda-like qualities of Reds Kingdom, and each 'room' is self-contained, but where it excels is in the presentation. Anyone who has ever seen or even heard of 80's Video Nasties will appreciate the very tongue-in-cheek horror nods to the genre. The puzzles themselves are well-designed, with some unique twists and developments, although the scale of difficulty seems to be a bit off, and it does get a bit repetitive, but in short sessions, this game is perfectly good. Graphically, there is nothing that would really offend even the more squeamish. This is not Manhunter or sensationalist gore. The characters are all blocky voxel shapes, and you'd find more scary violence in a Call of Duty game than with this. ✓ Very good!Been playing for over an hour and I'm loving it. The care that has gone into this to make it authentic but with a mine craft twist is well appreciated. The music is perfect, the cheesy voice over guy is brilliant and the way it's presented, as a video store in which you pick a film and play through the scenes till it's over. It's a puzzler and so far it's quite challenging. There's gold you win in each level which can be spent buying more gory kills. I’ve always wanted to play the Santa’s Slay levels but couldn’t be bothered to download the Steam version, and the new NC-17 stuff is great as well, but there is a problem. I’ve always loved the VHS boxes, as they have always been fun to read, but now when I tap them, they just exit out of the VHS. Is that supposed to happen? Is that just a new part of the game?
