✓ Do not spend money on this gameI love the game but there are far too many issues. I have lost my data before an I had to start again I have purchased a few things and lost them too. I completed a live event which took quite a lot of my resources to finish in the top 100 only to find I got no reward. I have contacted customer support a few times but they do nothing apart from send you an email thanking you for your patience..Version: 1.214

✓ Horrible buying systemI have recently had an encounter with this game and it made me absolutely hate it. Normally I will buy some things that are on sale in games and with the new sale for mystery cards I bought 7 for .99$ and as soon as the transaction was complete the game completely restarted and didn’t give me my 7 mystery cards and waisted my money. And I play this game a lot and it never restarted for any reason so that makes me believe that’s intentional and a way to get you money from you so I would very like a refund from the .99$ or my 7 cards back.Version: 1.311

Its a horrible way to implement the usual freemium braking system. Then theres the 'events' that punish you for not having enough spare cash or premium currency. I have only a handful of bikes left to build, and I just need to do the Ride In Pieces challenge to get the majority of the remaining bikes, but that challenge just won't show up for me. I keep getting the same three challenges, over and over. Why can't I get Ride In Pieces? Other glitches are seen in Bike Breeding. There are two bikes that I can only get from breeding, but they are not available as options, even though I have collected the bikes required. Emails to customer support go unanswered. Not only that the cash in the game that I've been saving to buy better workers has gone, I've got workers missing and lost levels. Buildings that have taken hours to build have disappeared. The game crashes every time I try to check my research so I can't tell if any of them haven't been done when I've already paid for using the coins and waited 48 hours plus. ✓ Worst game ever!!!!Let me say I put enough time and money into this game, so I know what I’m talking about. When I start something I like to see it through and finish. This game will make you rethink playing any games in the future. Every time I click on the arrow to add more workers, it cuts out and ends!!! Then you have to restart. The workers need to be fed donuts when their stamina runs out. I think they should be able to work longer than 5-10 seconds!!! They drop off faster than you can feed them or replace them. When you try to click on something it usually recognizes whatever is next to what you want, therefore wasting time by forcing you to close out and retry. I never played a game that was more aggravating and frustrating! I really want to finish this game and build all the bikes but it actually is making that near impossible. If you love giving away your money and having a game close on you over and over..then this game is for you! I would give it less than one star if it was possible! I am disgusted!!! ✓ Good but...Just like the other two versions of the game. I can forgive that but now they have added banner ads, even for paying customers, it’s a joke. Very buggy and no resolutions to the issues. Customer service ignore most of your messages. Characters don’t render properly and very inconsistent on rewards, event starts etc. I would have rated higher but the lack of development seriously lets it down. This also suffers constant crashes if you touch certain areas and then have to restart your build.
