✓ Getting worseFrag used to deserve a higher rating. It is now focusing on Bots and AI, and if you’re not playing against other people, then you are playing against the environment, that makes it a PVE game. And as a PVE game, it doesn’t do well, it is very repetitive, and their is no progress other than leveling your characters. But It also is not worth spending money to upgrade your cards, because you’re playing against AI & they will just make the AI stronger. On the plus side they do release new characters very often, but they are rushed and over powered, then when they stop selling the new characters they will nerf them. No reason to spend in this game except for the season pass. It seems that they are directing energy and are more focused on rapid releasing new characters, rather than balancing and fixing what they have. As a PVE game the game is 2/5 the bots you play against are generic and even try to simulate by responding to your emotes but it is lack luster at best. As a PVP game it’s broken, it offers a lot less than other arena games..Version: 2.18.0
✓ Matched to fight, fighters double the level of youEvery time you match if you at level 9 the opponent is 15 level with max cards. How we suppose to progress if all fights are like that i had 8 matches in a row like that no fun in that.Version: 3.6.0

✓ Good but needs work :)The game is very smooth, most of the time. However I feel as though the game does not recognise international server issues and therefore I can kicked out of games even when my internet is fine. The AI also needs some work. Understandably you cannot make them OP but I find myself having to change between characters to correct their path or get them out of the corner they seem to want to walk through. When commanded to defend they do not actively look to locate enemies around the base they just stand idly by. I have found this to be a big issue as I cannot always personally get them all in time..Version: 1.8.6
✓ Fix your adsI fully understand and support developers to use Ads to make revenue of their work, but I think it’s so wrong for you constantly play Ads when a player is about to claim rewards, achievements, and opening chests. You take away the biggest highlight and satisfying moment of a game with Ads that take 4 clicks to close out of. You make players avoid in opening chest, and claiming achievements because it would waste so much time. As a new player… it took 8-10 minutes to claim my progressive achievement rewards, because you play an Ad EVERYTIME. Whether you’re naive on how ads should work or just a little greedy, please I beg to fix this… I really want to enjoy your game long term..Version: 1.9.5
✓ Very AnnoyingI’ve had this game for over a month and this game was good at the start but as I played more of the game I was disappointed. The potential of this game is good but flops because of all the bugs. 1. This game is VERY reliant on good internet connection. Your ping has to be VERY low for the game to function. My ping (to be honest) spikes up and down from 5-40, and when it reaches over 30. 2. If your connection isn’t good the opponent can kill you and you can’t kill them. Your opponent would freeze, you would shoot them, none of their health would disappear and then you would be dead. 3. If you cancel a match while the game is trying to find you an opponent, you would lose tournament trophies or tickets. 4. The game gives you SOO many in-game purchase ads. They also change the game-play a lot, if you’re faced with an opponent that paid a lot of money then you would lose no matter what. This game is good 10% of the time and the other 90% makes you want to smash your device in rage quit. Wish these bugs were fixed so that I could enjoy this game but until then... ✓ WhySo I have not played the game for about 2-3 years then I downloaded again and when I join in I was forced to make a new account because my old account some how never Existed but I was in the club with my friend who was in the club with my old account and I saw that it was still there and then I had a look how many followers it had and it had over 2000 and then when I tried to take control of my old account it didn’t let me and I can’t log into it and I had about 12 legendary’s on that account :( pls fix your game.Version: 2.21
✓ It’s okWhen I first got this game I was thinking that it would be really really good but sadly it wasn’t has good as I hoped. First of all I found the game so easy. I feel like the hardest part was the tutorial. When I got into a game it got at least 30 kills and got mvp. Second, the game can be so laggy sometimes. I think it’s because there are people all over the world playing at once so I get changed from the Australian servers the the Chinese and I get so much lag it’s not possible to play Apart from that I think the game isn’t to bad just improve those things it will be 5 stars from me next time!.Version: 1.6.6
✓ Little things..Okay I love this game and I even payed for it but some things in this game are just frustrating. If your game crashes you lose. If your ping goes over 150 for even just a split second then it disconnects you. It’s pay to win (that’s why I payed). And not only is it pay to win, everything is VERY overpriced. The last thing that is frustrating is the auto shoot. Auto shoot is a MUST in mobile shooters but this one is very glitchy. If you’re up close to someone it works fine but when I’m playing a sniper it’ll try to shoot people through walls instead of when I’m looking at them and sometimes when I’m playing an attacker it’ll start shooting for no reason. I wish that if you disconnect then you get 60 seconds to reconnect before you lose. If you do it a second time then you lose right away. What would also be great is if the price for most things dropped so you don’t have to pay $10 for one skin. Other than these little problems it’s a pretty good game but if you don’t like to pay for games don’t get this game..Version: 1.4.5

✓ Terrible in matching playersThis game is absolutely clueless when it comes to matching players. Whoever wrote the algorithms that determine who plays who needs to be fired. I am currently a level 6 player, and just got matched against a level 14. So not only are all of that players characters 2 levels stronger than mine, but the only way for me to win is to do twice as much damage (with cards that are half as good). Yeah, you do the math, and figure out that there is not a chance at all for me in that match up. And yet, I’m never matched against a level 3 player (as a level 6). It’s absolutely frustrating. Now, in fairness, I will admit that I’m competitive by nature, but I am willing to admit when I’ve been beaten by an opponent who played better or used better strategy. Unfortunately Bibi’s algorithms get to a point where they consistently match you against opponents that you’ll never be able to beat (just a suspicion, but I’m guessing it’s because I don’t spend money on their game, so they match me against guys who have spent hundreds of dollars. It’s sad, because the concept is quite fun. Execution of that concept (on Bibi’s part) is incredibly lacking when it comes to fair play. But at least they have an “anti-cheat” banner in the bottom of the screen. “Over 50 million” subscribers, but only 50 still play because match making is so bad. Make that 49, I won’t be coming back to waste any more time on this game..Version: 2.21

✓ Don’t DownloadIf u download this game u are completely wasting your time, the whole user interface is a complete rip off of Clash Royal, the game could be better if their focus wasn’t on trying to scam the hell out of people with countless in game purchases that pop up on screen every 5 seconds, most in-game missions are focused on helping the player advance and improve at the game this game however asks u to follow all their social media’s for gems, the people who made this game are money hungry and selfish, trying to gain clout with their complete rip off! ✓ Game faultSometimes when I load up the game it freezes and kicks me out. When it does finally load up it will start the tutorial game and play perfectly fine and it seems like a really good manufactured game apart from every time the game timer reaches 1 minute and 30 or so seconds it will freeze and doesn’t allow me to play or unfreeze I’ve tried everything I don’t know what possibly could be wrong with it if I want to play the game again I have to refresh the whole app and load it up again I would really like to play this game but with this problem it is restricting me from that opportunity. ✓ Great Game.This is an amazing game and I play it everyday. The frustrating thing is when you get to a high arena you get arena 1 cards from the chest when you open, which can some times be frustrating when playing against a player with almost all the good cards. I just think it needs to be abit fair or why play at all if you can’t upgrade fast enough but can move on to the next arena with harder opponents but have the same team. ✓ Banned at start upDownloaded this game as I play on switch, download finished I opened up signed up to game centre and BANNED, for no reason. Tried another game centre account and same thing. Reached out to their poor excuse for support and they told me I was caught cheating, I asked how when I have clearly got no play hours on the game. I was told they answered my questions and considered the support ticket closed. They did advice me to sign up on and alternate way but did not want to provide me with a way to do this. ✓ Support?I really enjoyed this game, have been playing it for awhile and spent more than enough $$ within the app. But over the last week or so, I am in the middle of a match when the game freezes completely and after awhile it kicks me out of the app entirely and each time losing 30 trophies because it thinks that I have abandoned the match. After it happening 4 times in one day, I reached out to support. All they had to say was that it must’ve been my Internet connection and things are working on their end so there is nothing they can do. And now, I’ve been getting matched with teams that are 1000’s of trophies ahead, of course I get destroyed within seconds. What a joke..Version: 3.12.0
✓ Ads?Great game, really quite fun and super addictive. However, the almost hundreds of ads that pop up anytime you want to do, what almost seems about anything is ridiculous. It’s destroying the fun of the game. I understand revenue needs to be made, but this is just bonkers. ✓ Could be good with improvementsThis game is good and can be fun to play, however; The pairing of players is highly unfair (I’ve seen a lot of other people also mention this issue on reviews). It’s not rare for a level 10 (like me) to be going up against level 13’s/14’s, if you rage quit where you come off the game you get trophies taken off you, but if you play the match and inevitably lose then again you lose trophies (effectively you’ll have trophies taken off you either way). Then there’s the cheaters who basically beat you within 30 seconds of the match starting. That the game has yet to sort out. And the amount of bugs in the game is ridiculous, the 2v2 game needs to be sorted out because half the time you can’t play, it just freezes on the loading page. Like I said this game has potential, but it seems the longer I play this game the more issues I come across and the developers seems reluctant to fix them..Version: 1.7.7

✓ Tons of fun, but matchmaking is a big downsideSo when youre actually in the game it super fun to build a team that caters to your play style and that you enjoy. 100% would recommend this to anybody. The only drawback I found was the matchmaking. Sometimes I get matched with someone who just started playing the game and I win the match in literally seconds, and sometimes I get matched with someone who is literally double my rank and thus, significantly more health and much better cards. I started a match and the opponent had 1600 health, with two level 14 cards, whereas I had 1000 health, and my highest level card was one level 10 card, with the rest being lvl 7-9. While I did end up bringing him down to 200, he still ended up defeating me, even though I got more kills and dealt more damage to his base (cause the higher level you are, the more points a kill is worth). In my head I shouldve won that because not only did I reduce our health difference from a starting 600 to 200, but I did so while having deaths cost more against me, and while fighting stronger cards. I know this is a ramble at this point, but these situations happen to me at least once a day, if not more, which is quite annoying.Version: 1.6.8

✓ Plz read...Ok...All I have to say for this game is that on one hand, I hate it! There have been constant updates from you people saying that you fixed these certain bugs and issues that I and apparently others always come across but to me, it’s all a lie! There have been constant times in which I’ve entered a battle, played for 1 or 2 minuets, and the game just freezes! Not only that but I can’t even go to my profile in game UNLESS I tap a certain area around it that just keeps changing constantly with each update, and I play on a PROTECTED iPad with good WiFi around it and a bunch of data space (or app space as it’s called) that all around keeps my iPad well working and protected, so I don’t understand why it keeps doing this!? ✓ A frustrating take on this game.Game’s fun when it’s optimal, but half the time if you go on any form of a win streak you get matched with loaded enemies that seem to have every damage buff imaginable, and they have unreal health bars that don’t even match with the characters usual health. half the time the AI cards on my team will be in a perfect position to actually defend, but don’t decide to shoot until they’re already nearly dead or the base is basically destroyed. on the contrary, every enemy AI has perfect aim, defends immediately without missing or deciding to give up on defending their base, and move as a unit with enough IQ to know when to pull back and defend. the game would be much better in my opinion if there weren’t false online players that i get matched with. it’s obvious that the player isn’t an actual person when they do the exact same movements game after game after game. id rather have longer wait times and play people who won’t have 100% accuracy, and are actually around my trophy level with similar cards. the game loses its fun when i get matched against stacked AI teams that move as a unit, have damage and health buffs apparently, and immediately kill all my AI teammates because they show IQ and my AI teammates don’t..Version: 3.1.0
✓ What a conThis game used to be really good. However, i've noticed when you get to a particular level, and when you get close to earning the next set of trophies; you all of a sudden get purposely paired with people who are 3x your level/stats. In other words: they're impossible to pair up against. Which then adds more to getting those trophies making it harder to proceed. This is clearly the creators attempt to get me to "spend loads of money" because, if I did they'd continue to do this. I don't like to be/feel forced to pay out for something I don't want to. I'd rate this lower if I could. I don't usually complain about anything. I just don't like it when people try and find ways to get you to spend money. Also, on a number of occasions I have started a game and then all of a sudden get a message saying "game over, you have left the game" when I clearly haven't. Thus, making it even harder to earn trophies. I again, end up losing a load. There have been other occasions where the game has started, but i'm not even able to move about it just freezes. ✓ The craziest group of terrible devs I’ve ever encounteredEntire discord is full of complaints on the game devs ignored and started blocking and removing anyone who had a problem in some pathetic attempts to hide the truth. Instead of putting in work to fix problems devs removed anyone from the chats and supports crazy. Devs are also rude and nasty towards player base it’s nutts they are heavily involved with shutting up anyone who has a problem. Loads of people having issues with support not responding to them when they have problems like there sneaky ways of making you spend money and don’t deliver on what they advertise. There are loads of glitches and things go missing you payed for but they refuse to make it right and instead remove players who reach out in their discord. Join there discord and look for yourself not one positive comment they are deleting reviews on here obviously as well the game isnt really getting that many stars they force you to rate it with promises of rewards you don’t get. ✓ Fun but wayyyy too pay to winWhen I first installed this game I was absolutely dominating with win streaks going over 15, even when I only used 1 epic, 2 rare and 2 commons. However as the popularity grew and more people began playing I began encountering opponents stacked with multiple legendary characters that would totally demolish me. Before this was very uncommon but now almost every person has a legendary in their load out and when I try defending as hard as I can I would still be beaten. This is highly unfair..Version: 1.7.4

But I thought I would try prove it by putting emotes and words in the quick chat and every time they reply with milliseconds. If you don’t put anything in chat the other “player” will never emote etc. This game would be much much better if I was against real people I don’t if my game is just bugged or something. ✓ ExcitingA really good game, enjoyable playing while you can, the short video to show you what it’s about doesn’t give it credit and even though there are hints to other games I haven’t really played anything like it. So far though I’m finding the pay to win aspect a bit of a pain as I feel I can’t keep playing as I have to wait to get better cards. I’ve got too many trophies too quick that my AI players are just getting wiped now. I’m left thinking do I pay and then gain an advantage again, but then it could seem like unfair wins and i enjoy a challenge, until I play too much then I’m back in the same predicament. The match making does seem fair in general though, except for this, you do still get the odd players who have paid and not got the trophies yet giving them an unfair advantage but it’s sweet when you beat them. Overall a good game, need to play it In doses though and the AI needs improving as I’ve seen Mecha plant a sheild then just run past it into fire and die, I was like “bruh why”. ✓ No variation in players and terrible round matchingDespite my server not being region locked I’m paired up consistently with the same players who are several levels ahead of me with characters with several boosters that make it impossible to even get close to winning a match. Starting to think that those players aren’t actually real and that the game is consistently matching me with bots that are intended to force actual players to pay for upgrades and spend money to play. Had fun at the beginning because there was a balance between my wins and losses but now i can’t even get close to even winning matches and before the season reset was over 1000 of those little trophies away from even being able to finish one of the challenges. Won’t be playing this anymore since The game refuses to actually match players against each other at equal or similar levels (how is someone supposed to beat someone at level 15 while being at level 10 when you have 1000 less overall HP) The game is fun until it only matches you against it’s bots who are purposefully overpowered to make you spend money on gems, upgrades, etc [after you buy some you’re gonna be suddenly matched with easy players/ bots to give you a false sense of advantage turns out!].Version: 2.22.0

✓ Worst game everI hate this game. It is yet another pay to win game and it is so annoying. When you get past 3000 trophies. You start to play against really high level players with at least 9000 trophies with a full legendary team. You end up getting beat and going down the rewards rank very quickly. (The highest I’ve ever faced before is 11,000 and I was only 3000. It makes no sense.) It’s nice that you can get rewards through the arena rewards but it is frustrating when the only thing you would get from epic chests is your average Long shot character. Needs improvement. 1. If you have about 1000 trophies, you should be able to get opponents who have just about lower than 1000, (No less than 950) or just over 1000, (No higher than 1050.) 2. Stop the pay to win thing. We should be able to but characters with Gems or Coins and that also goes for chests too. 3. Whenever you are playing a challenge E.G. A characters challenge, you get a random team. When challenging stronger opponents and get a lead in game, it starts freezing so they can catch up. When handing out hits and damage, they don’t take any at all but while I still do. Getting killed from shots that don’t make sense, behind walls and when not even aimed at eg they facing the wrong way. ✓ Great until you’re goodThis game is wonderful up until you actually get into higher level play. The match making is awful, the game runs off of a trophy and tier system but you don’t actually play people in that tier. For instance, I had a 12,000 trophy account, rather than play other people with the same trophy amount I played people from the number one clan in the world... repeatedly. I even went against the 90,000 trophy number one player in the U.S.. The worst part is that when I lose, which I’m obviously going to, I lose trophies and lose my tier ranking. The worst part is that if I blew my bank account on this game I could be the number one player in the world. I can be a much better player and still lose because someone paid real money to upgrade their cards through the games bogus “spin the wheel” system. I have to buy “spins” over and over again until I actually get the credits or cards I want. Not to mention its completely rigged, it’s very rare that you get anything decent on the first $2.99 spin... so you’ll end up spending $30 just to get what you want. ✓ A great game, but soon enough you will have to pay to playThe game itself is a really good game, you can go against players with a higher level and better cards/characters and still have a chance of winning. However, after some progression it becomes apparent that you’ll have to pay, and big money at that, to progress beyond the deck you’ve got. I’m not one for spending money on games, but I gave this a chance and threw £6 in the mix after some painfully slow progression. This £6 was spent on a box and 1000 gold. I received quite a lot of upgrade cards for characters, however no gold, so it made the upgrades impossible to do; leaving me with essentially a useless amount of cards and no way of progressing. You also get a piggy bank which fills up with gems; yet again. Another catch. You have to pay the grand-sum of £9.99 to get these gems. The game is essentially a full time job for the developer, who is desperately trying to take money away from players who are gullible to spend their; or more apparently; their parents money. You get spammed with notifications directing you to donate with nothing in return but points to a contributors level. Id say, if you fancy a game, play it. If you want to progress through season 3. ✓ I feel robbedAfter I first downloaded the game I loved it, so much so that I likely dedicated 6 of my first 36 hours after downloading it playing. I went up quickly in the trophy system and found that the pay to win was strong in this game. Upgrading without paying is so tedious that I don’t think I’d have competition worthy cards in two years of regularly playing the game. The matchmaking is laughable, with significant level and health disadvantages to the player grouped against the higher trophied enemies. I thought they’d be fixed quickly, but after looking through the reviews I can see that this has been an issue for months. Most of the negative reviews that point these things out get “we are working on adjusting the economy” from the devs but they have yet to deliver. It just keeps getting worse, and after the addition of this horribly unbalanced character, I have to say some things. Ron1n is not completely broken, and not really that unbalanced. BUT, the potential for him to be amazing during a game is much higher than normal characters if used by a player. His ability basically resets itself on a kill and his base damage + range makes it hard to shoot him with slow turning characters if you circle around. He was nerfed once for good reason but I still think it wasn’t the right changes... his main benefit is his speed and damage. He dashed towards and can kill anybody in a max of 5 strokes of his sword. Some people can counter pretty easily like Finn, but he’s too hard to kill alone which makes it easy for his team to annihilate you. I could go on and on about ronin but I deleted this game because of how pay to win it is. It’s easy to buy shards for the best characters and form an unstoppable team. And Ronin makes that team even worse. ✓ A real fun game but hard progression due to balanceThis is a great mobile MOBA (basically what it is) with extremely fluid controls, quirky characters, unique abilities, and just a really fun atmosphere. The only thing is that it can be quite difficult to progress due to balance. (1) the first point of imbalance is the frequency of being thrown against teams with significant base hp differences (we’re talking 342 base vs 1001 base). That doesn’t seem fair at all. (2) the power of certain debuff/buff abilities of some characters. For instance, I do use Rick Rock as part of my line up, but even I feel the stun ability he has lasts far too long for such a small map...especially considering it is an AOE move. And the tech girl who can produce multiple drones. Their hp is comparable to the “main characters” and they do not disappear even if she is taken out. It’s almost like being able to add two or three permanent team members with no apparent weaknesses. (3) money (not even talking about the cash currency) is really tedious to come by. When you have upgrades that cost 200 or 400 and you are still gaining at 9-15 per match, it does take time. But all in all, this is a really fun game worth checking out!.Version: 1.3.3

Need to remove the first 4hour wait on the chest. Other wise it takes you 16hrs (4x4hrs) to open your chest. Most of the time it takes me 2 days to unlock my chest. 2. Requesting cards in your Clan. Would you be able to add a “yes I would like to request this card button” cause most of the time you accidentally bump the wrong card trying to scroll up to the card you want request from your Clan. ✓ Good, but imbalancedThe game is great and super fun to play with constant events and ranking up for the player to enjoy, however half of the roster is totally garbage, while the other is god-tier overpowered! Also matchmaking doesn’t really exist apart from the arena you’re in so a lot of the time you get matched against opponents who are too low of a level to pose a challenge, or too high of a level for you to stand a chance. So many characters are OP and not fun to play against with minimal counters right now, most of all STELLA, everything about her is overpowered and she isn’t fun to play against at all, her abilities and stats make her easy to win with and frustrating to play against. ✓ Not worth your timeDon’t waste your time unless you plan to spend and even then you’ll just be beaten by cheaters they refuse to do anything about. Every update introduces more bugs (the latest one has a bug where I can’t do anything I’m just watching the battle) they have recent added unskippable ads to basically every area of the game, you want to open a chest? Advert, want to claim rewards? Advert all of which are 30 seconds long and can’t be skipped earlier, and if you watch an ad for a free chest you have to watch one again when it opens, the game is going downhill rapidly and I don’t see them doing anything besides trying to milk the last cash they can and add more skins that aren’t appropriate in any way (looking at you female skins). It was fun but has steadily declined the past few months and they don’t seem to care honestly... and looking at the reviews they’re clearly writing them themselves or paying people to do it some of them are laughably wrong... “I like you don’t have an advert after every click” yeah right those ads were the final straw for me....Version: 1.7.3

The matchmaking is the worst I think I’ve seen in a game I’ll be a lvl 8 and get put up against lvl 15 no life’s who spent $2,000 on the game, it’s horrible. The lag is even worse, I’m in NA and I’ll get put agains kids from India who will lag the entire game and beat me because on their end they are moving and playing but on my end they are completely still and when they finally connect all my towers are gone and I lost all hope of winning. This game is so fun but Jesus it needs so much work. Plz fix this game it has so much potential it’s just almost unplayable unless you dump your life savings into it. P.S. stop introducing unbelievably over powered characters. There is one character where she can sit across the map and slap you for 100 damage and also throw down an electric ball that condemns you to death if it hits you. When I am battling a player all of there cards have frag powers that’s including legendary cards and epic cards like how is that fair. ✓ Great Game! Major flaw.I recently started playing FRAG. I wanted to play an FPS game to get better at aim as I am getting into the other FPS game arsenal, which is on the platform of Roblox. It’s a fun game with really cool features and astounding graphics. But there is a major flaw. Pay to win. Now I think everyone knows what pay to win means, but it’s to get an advantage at something (game) by paying. I don’t really want to pay, but the main flaw in my opinion is the piggy bank. Just why do you have to pay to get gems? You can get em for free but it takes ages and you have to watch adds. I think if they get re-worked the game would have a lot more success than it already has. That’s all I have to say..Version: 1.7.7
