✓ New updatePlease sort the game glitches. Such a great game to play but so frustrating with some of the glitches. The other day my team worked so hard to earn the purple case in trophy rush completed the challenge and then some didn't get the chest, I request evo coins and nothing comes up on the chat although others can see it but when they donate they vanish into thin air which is a bit of a con and what's with the auto lane changing? It cripples us. As I said at the start the game is great but it could be amazing if you just sorted these problems.Version: 1.4.1

✓ Going down hillWith every update I feel like gameplay gets worse, not better. I first started getting annoyed with SUP several updates ago when some of the emojis were limited because the originals were rude. I’ve gotten over this, but as if the newest update I’ve encountered much more irksome problems. My game freezes a lot. I no longer get rewards in my mail box from playing challenges(!). The creators said there would be less ads in the new update, but I feel like just the opposite has occurred. Not to mention there are even MORE things you have to pay for now, such as the piggy bank. I’ve been playing this game for almost 100 days straight and if the next update doesn’t fix some of these new issues (particularly no longer getting rewards) I will be giving SUP up very soon. I understand you have to make money but with the sheer amount of ads this game runs, additional grabs for money are just ridiculous at this point..Version: 2.1.5

✓ Good game, a couple problemsI usually don’t take the time to review games unless I’m really enjoying them, and I do really like this game. However, I do run into some problems that make it hard to play. Even then, I still thought about giving this four stars. Back to the problems that I think should be fixed, when waiting for an online race, sometimes the servers disconnect, and I completely lose the gas that I was about to spend on the race. A few times it even let me try to enter more races, which used up more of my gas, and did not even take me to a loading screen. Also, sometimes the game will tell me that I don’t ya e enough coins to purchase an upgrade or bet on a race, when I clearly do. Other than that, the only other negative thing I have to say about the game is the absurd amount of ads, especially the ones you have to watch every time you get a reward after a race. Granted those are short, but still. It’s a lot. To summarize: it’s alright..Version: 1.5.5

✓ Nice game butFirst of all I have to say that the idea behind the game, while unoriginal, works very well. The graphics are great, there is a wide enough choice of characters, the ranking system is very simple yet almost meaningless but the game has quite a few bugs. Especially the core mechanics, like lane switching are very problematic, as the cars dont turn correctly or get stuck and jump off in rather unexpected ways. The turning base is by far the most annoying of the track obstacles as going through them is more a matter of luck than skill. Moreover the game is never consistent when repositioning you on the track, which can mean certain loss as the cars are more or less equal in speed. Overall great concept but is in dire need of some major bug fixes..Version: 1.7.9
✓ Ehh could be betterDon’t get me wrong this is a fun game but I’ve ran into a lot of issues that I’m sure everyone else is talking about. 1. The ads are unreal, I mean I get that you want to make money but an ad before every prize that you win after earning a place in a race? 2. If your going to make us watch ads then at least after we watch the ad to take time off of boxes make sure it subtracts it off. There’s been countless of times that I’ve watched an ad to take time off a box and it didn’t even subtract the time so I had to watch another ad on top of the 10 I already had to do. 3. There’s been several times without user input that my car just started switching lanes which resulted in me crashing or losing the race completely, very frustrating. 4. There needs to be a way to unlock the other cars. I’ve literally been using the same car since like level 2. Yeah it’s upgraded but now I’m way higher in the levels and have unlocked the cars but can’t use them because your gonna have to win them out of a box I guess? Which I’ll have to watch tons of ads to get through on something I earned in the game. It’s like saying here’s your prize that you earned. It you can’t use it unless you guess the number I’m thinking of. That’s a little ridiculous. ✓ For years, I’ve never reviewed a gameBut this game definitely deserves more attention than it already has. The game is so simple yet so addicting. Its fun, exciting, and SUPER funny. I’m a clash of clans player(or at least I was) and through all my years of playing mobile games I never thought I’d ever find another game that I’d be addicted to. 10/10 SUGGESTIONS : Add gestures at the end of each race / public chat / definitely more gems per achievement. Nonetheless very fun game. Edit: After a month or so of playing I’ve run into problems. 1. There’s a bug where your vehicle switches lanes on its own. The most ANNOYING thing ever. 2. If you’d like to skip the delivery time for your upgrade you need to watch an ad, but VERY often the ads won’t do a single thing and require you to watch multiple times for it to work which makes no sense. Seems as its done on purpose to triple ad revenue. $$$ 3. Each race on the events don’t require you to finish first place because at the end of every race you get a RANDOM amount of stars, wether you’re first or last. So no competition there just pure luck. I emailed the developers these problems NUMEROUS times but they either reply back with some copy&paste bs. Or not reply at all..Version: 1.5.4

✓ Addictive but...The first time I got this app I couldn’t stop playing, but when I started levelling up it meant that I was racing against high player people. I’m a level 12 and I’ve had races between level 28 players which means I’m always last in the races, sure sometimes I’m lucky and get 2nd place but because I’m racing with people a lot more advanced I see no fairness to it and so it automatically stops me from playing. ✓ I NEVER would have thoughtI have played multiple games that usually have "a lot of ads" but this game, this game has way too many ads and the worst part is that you can’t avoid them. After every race you must open a prize box and I don’t understand because it says next prize free and every single time I finish a race which may I explain is like 15 seconds maybe, you have to watch a ad and I’ve never gotten a prize box which you don’t have to watch any video for. Just think about it, every 15 seconds you need to watch a ad and you can’t even skip collecting a prize. Hopefully this gets changed soon and it would be so much better but as of rn your basically spending 25-30 seconds on a match the gameplay(10-15) seconds + the ad(another 10-15) seconds. ✓ Plagued by adsBeen playing this game for a couple months now and was really enjoying it. Fun quick 1v4 races with power ups and track obstacles. Ability to level up your vehicle. Ability to get bonus prizes if you were willing to watch an add. Etc. etc. Then after an update all the sudden every time I finished a race I had to watch an add. Every time I opened a chest I had to watch an add. I was watching more ads than I was playing the game. When the races last under a minute and there’s three to a series you’re having to watch 3 adds every 4-5 minutes. Some ads load upside down. Some have two parts with 10-30 sec. wait to close options. Some are instantly able to be closed (but not many) It’s incredibly frustrating! That mixed with the ongoing, but now more prevalent, bug that causes your car to change lanes without any user input (most of the time causing devastating race results) has me pushing this app out of sight. Most likely I will very soon be uninstalling. It’s upsetting it had to end this way..Version: 1.4.5
✓ Poor decisions on having both ads and in app purchasesThere is an ad after every game you play which is really annoying. There is a number of inapp purchases in the game which make it pay to win game. That being said, having ads aswell as inapp purchases is a very stupid decision. To play you have to use fuel (energy) and this runs out after like 15min of playing resulting in not being able to play... unless you wish to stupidly pay for some more fuel or watch some annoying adverts. I don’t know why they would do this, you would want people to play the game for longer but it’s not unless your willing to play. This game also heats up my phone a lot which is strange because my phone isn’t that outdate. ✓ Great Game... new update ruined itI honestly love this game! Everything was amazing, there were barely any ads and I am pretty good. It’s an easy game to get hooked on but then the newest update came, in the description it said that the only thing they added was some minor bug fixes, however when I got on after installing the update I noticed a drastic change in minutes. I had barely been on for about 2-3 minutes and I had already had to watch the first half of five ads before I could skip, they added way more ads when they already had a great game. I think that they got to greedy with as revenue and basically forcing people to pay to remove their ads, but it’s still a great game and their was definitely lots of time put into it so props to the devs and everyone else!.Version: 1.5.4

✓ Fun and addictiveIt’s pretty fun and simple, the only problem I have is that there is still a bunch of bugs for example, some of the winning animations are not completed (green devil, the background is just green and the game is at an awkward pause ), lazy ( hunter, fidget spinner ninja, ko ), recycled (Santa, monarch) , and in some cases slow gameplay ( when the big daddy wins ). Also hunter and seraphine ( the last 2 cars in the end ) have the same stats, talk about lazyyy. Anyways I really enjoy the game but expect more, if devs focus on the games like they do with the boob animations it would be great. Btw 4.99$ to donate gems and coins to our club members? ✓ Great concept, terrible executionI used to enjoy this game, but it just got ruined by the ads. Also, every match isn’t against real opponents, but bots. I know this because I can exit the app and come back to see I’m in the same place and that the match has paused. You can’t do that with real time players. The gameplay is destroyed by the fact that I’m racing against brainless bots. Next, the chests in this game are absolute garbage. After leveling up to level 25, I was excited to get the 3 new cars. I am currently level 28 and have opened approx ~50 chests (35 blues, 5 oranges, 5 racer chests, 5 epics, and 5 legendaries), only to receive stage upgrades for cars I already own. The grinding is getting old and I still haven’t received any new cars yet. Either raise the chances of receiving a new car, or add an option to buy new cars with coins or diamonds. Seriously, the chests are disgustingly bad. ✓ All my data LOST! Support can’t do anything!Been playing this game for a year plus. I was on level 72. Yes the game always had its glitches but there was an update to fix them. This time around the game kept kicking me out of my club (one I created). However I found if I uninstall and reinstall, it works again. Well on one of those reinstalls my data didn’t load. I uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times before going through with the training to see if my data would load that way. It did not. I contacted support 2 times. They eventually got back to me and after 2 emails they said there was nothing they could do and sorry. They sent me 200 diamonds and ONE treasure box for my troubles! Like forget that. I’m never playing this game again. I had about 8,000 gems. Crazy amount of coins that I used to upgrade my cars. I had many cars. My club! (It still shows that I’m apart of it and my lvl 72.) ✓ Overall terrible game.Cars are mediocre, slow and hard to unlock, upgrade (evo) coins are hard to come so making the needed stage increase on your choice vehicle is virtually impossible. You are commonly matched with tank/trucks/monster trucks that are faster and heavier then any cars making them unfair matches. You HAVE to take a mystery box after every race, without the option to opt out so you end up spending 90% of your time watching ads. But it doesn't really have such admirable graphics, and the amount of adds they can put in this game is just disgusting! ✓ RobbedI absolutely loved this game, I’m a high level and figured I’d pay 5 poind for the special offer of 300 diamonds along with 2 hours and 30 minutes of both 150% more trophy’s and unlimited energy. After playing for around half hour I was upgrading my car and watching an advertisement for an alien space game then then the game crashed forcing me to go to home screen and when I came back on the energy and 150% trophy bonus was gone. Since the game is free, one can assume there will be some advirtising however the game takes advirtising to a whole new level. Most common ones that's happened (and still are) are : 1 : car Randomly decides to switch lanes about 2 times in a row without you telling it to resulting in you either going off the track or being wedged into the centre track divider 2 : most recent on (after a update) is if you do a big jump off a boot ramp, your car starts spazzing out mid air and either blows up or goes off track 3 : The 'mine' perk you can get does nothing!,you can drop it infront of a car and instead of blowing up your rival,it does nothing when they drive over it. BUT........There is no correlation between achievement in the challenges and ribbon reward, sometimes when I start a race I am redirected to a virus-ridden website that lags my game and makes me lose, sometimes on certain maps for certain vehicles there are points where the vehicle will suddenly jerk to the side with no warning or external control, and it occasionally makes it impossible to win because you get stuck on the one obstacle and you cannot steer out of it, the ads do not load all of the time and I have to close it out and open it again, the tutorial is not explanatory of the steering mechanism, the currency’s name was never designated so when I get a notification it says, “[insert custom currency name here] is available”, and when I upgrade things it doesn’t always improve them on my strength breakdown in the pre-racing modifications window. These are all seriously major issues, and I hope these are fixed because it makes it hard to enjoy the game that I know is good in idea..Version: 1.5.1
✓ NOT A PVP - NO REAL TIME RACESThey make this game seem like a PvP race, but it in fact the races are simulated. My friend and I spent an hour tapping the button to race at the same time hoping to be in the same race. When we finally got in the same race together, we both compared screens for a sec before racing. At first nothing seemed wrong. At the end however, I finished in first place, and looked over at my friend’s screen. He was still racing and his screen said he was in first. He finished a second later and the game told him he got first. In fact, both of our games told us that we were first, and the other had gotten third. He told me at one point he knocked me off the track but that never happened. We realized that this game doesn’t let you compete with real players in real time. It just simulates races in order to boost players self esteem and make them think they are better than they actually are..Version: 1.5.5

Usually I load the game when I switch phones and it works fine but this time when it was taking ages to load I knew something was wrong! ✓ Improve yourself and the gameI have played this game 2 years ago (2018) when the game was only called “SUP” and thought it was multiplayer then I realised I’m going up against AI to prove that I’m going against AI I turned the WiFi to check if I can search for a game, and it worked it let me play without WiFi so I deleted it. ✓ Good game with bad problemsThis game is a great free game, except it seems like the developers only care about money. First of all, you have to watch an ad to get a mystery box at the end of the race, and there is a banner ad at the race screen. There is also many glitches where you cannot see the race but you are still racing and a glitch where your car wobbles back and forth on the track (which happens often to me). These are issues that need to be fixed, but I think the developers are just going to continue to pester us with unavoidable ads. Another thing that has happened was that I was the leader of a club, played every day, but then got dispromoted automatically to co leader, then kicked from the club. Another problem I’ve had just recently is being matched up with players that are way ahead of me. Im around 8000 in the world and I’ve played against the 6th best player in the world. It’s not fun. ✓ UpdatesGraphics are good, the whole game concept is great. I’ve been playing for around a year now, I’m usually within the top 4 or 5 in the world each season, I’ve seen many updates to the game but not many of them fixing any issues. It’s now at the point where this game is not multiplayer racing at all, everyone is racing the same robots (bots) over and over and over again. We’ve not raced another player in nearly 2 months now and the latest update hasn’t fixed anything, only added more issues! Sorry to say but I’m done with the game now. ✓ Update ruined gameUsed to love playing this but ever since it did the update there are adverts that come up constantly that remove you from the game mid play so you’re constantly loosing or forfeiting races. ✓ So Much Fun, but One Issue.This game has an incredibly unique and fun to use control system, great crash physics, a huge selection of racers and car designs, a charming and energetic art style, and a price of zero dollars! As far as the ads go, you can pay to remove them if you hate them (and, personally I don’t find them that bad). They also make the them fairly optional, so you can just race without watching too many in a row. There is one problem with it though. On my ipad pro, this game seems to cause a glitch where the taskbar down at the bottom of the home screen disappears. I think this is because this game is designed for phone screens, so when the game adjusts to fit an ipad screen, it messes with the elements of the display. Devs, if you’re reading this, I can give you more info if you like so you can identify and fix the problem better. ✓ Not actually online??This game is a great game, however I think this game lies to you. While I was playing online I accidentally opened up my control panel (bc I use iPhone) and I noticed that when I pulled it back down, the other “players” were in the same position as before when I pulled it up. Now since this is an “online” game you’d expect the game to still be running after you “pause” it. So it’s pretty weird how the other supposed players were in the same spot as before you paused it, not only that, but I decided to turn my WiFi off during the middle of a race...and the race continued like normal. This leads me to believe that this game only uses online for clubs and ads, and the other racers are just AI with another users name. ✓ Good game plenty of areas to improveThe tutorial doesn’t teach much, first actual match I performed a jump just by using my boost. The rewards say “free” but you click it and it’s a video, however the next reward is labeled “video” and it’s another video, too many videos is off putting to some. ✓ Multiple IssuesI've been playing this game for about a month now and there is a lot of room for improvement. Not including the multiple lags, the ads every time that you collect something, or the trouble of actually just getting into the game it would be great! I'm not saying it isn't great, it still is. ✓ Last update - an ad nightmare!I’m sorry very to have to write this. I’d been playing this game for 2 months - and loving it. 5 stars. Many hours a day. One of the best apps I’d found. Real-time racing against 3 other opponents - awesome. There were some ads but it was manageable (a good mix of play plus advertising). BUT — in the last update - disaster. They completely reworked how and when ads are shown. They added a banner ad TO THE RACE SCREEN (mid bottom) which is so distracting, you can’t even race. Plus one of the ad partners is a virus so it kicks out of the game and opens virus windows in Safari. Then when you’re done with that one race you have to click more ads on each screen just to move on. And the ads are now “two X” clicks. Meaning you click one X to close the ad but the ad continues and makes you click another ad to fully close it. I understand ads are a part off app programming and I’m willing to endure (and even watch) some. But you cannot completely destroy your gameplay and user experience. SUP - please rethink ad design and placement for this game. ✓ So much wasted potentialThis game looks great, the graphics are amazing, every outro for a game feels unique and different. The gameplay is surprisingly deep and fun BUT ultimately this game ruins its self with its horrible ads EVERYWHERE! ✓ Great potential for a good gameThis game can be a great racing game but there are a few problems: 1) it feels as though you aren't progressing since you are always outmatched by vehicles that are clearly better than yours. ✓ Poor MatchmakingI like the gameplay style and the fact that you always play different user-made tracks. What I don’t like is the fact that good drivers are punished for winning. When I first played the game, I was placed with similar cars with even performance. After winning about 70% of matches, I was placed against cars with 2-3 times as many stage upgrades as mine. My win rate was nearly cut in half not because I was placed against drivers with similar skill, but because I was placed against faster cars 100% of the time. In 5-10% of races do I see a car with the same amount of upgrades. I have only seen a couple cars with lower stages in at least 100 races. This is not fair whatsoever. If you’re going to try to make a game more fun with matchmaking, do it by matching people with the same skill level. ✓ Great Game! Horrible SupportFirst off I will say great job with the game it is very fun and addictive. I am not one to buy in app purchases but did buy the remove ads because the amount of ads is just unreal. Unfortunately the purchase did nothing at all. I contacted support and talked back and forth for a few days and they suggested I ask for a refund because the issue could not be resolved. So I had to go out of my way and ask iTunes for a refund which took about an hour in the process. I now have to wait 10 day for a refund. I just think if something doesn’t work properly it shouldn’t be something that is offered to buy. And if you are gonna sell a non working item at least have a support team that can actually help and solve the problem. Not someone who is gonna tell me to get a refund for an app they developed. ✓ Decent game, but pay to winUpdate: It got worse. In playing the Champion Tournament where you can only choose the small blue car. For some reason everyone is using different cars but when i wanna choose something new it won’t let me. Let’s be honest here. ✓ Adverts pay to win advertsThe game play is very enjoyable possibly even a 5* game, but the whole “energy/ fuel” bit ruins it, play for 10 minutes then wait for 2-3 hours until you can play again? Why make a game like this? Surely you’d want people to actually play your game as much as possible, not just for 10 minutes at a time? I guess if you PAY or watch an advert(only works sometimes, other times you need to watch it 2-3 times for it to actually work) you can actually play as much as you want, but that shouldn’t be the case. Another issue is the lootbox gambling, this causes the game to be sort of pay to win, if you’ve paid for the boxes then your car is faster, stronger and just all around better than everyone else. You can start a race and if the person ahead has paid money to get loot boxes then you can’t catch up to them, this means the game is pay to win which ruins the game. On top of all this the game is broken, random glitches kicking you out of the game or making your car switch lanes (which can result in you driving off the track) getting disconnected from games resulting in a forfeit and causing you to lose fuel.
