✓ Doesn’t load; terrible scamI loathe cards, apps and schemes that stores run where they clearly jack up the prices to push people into joining their rewards program to track them and push products. I did try to download this app because this is a place in my neighborhood I visit regularly and the staff felt bad when the price for a common item doubled but they couldn’t discount it without the app because of the current promotion. So I tried! And it loaded, I started an account and now the app fails to load (and yes, I’ve closed it out; restarted my phone; deleted it and downloaded it again- it still fails to open when launched). So I am stuck paying double if I want to continue to visit them. I hate the coercion but if you’re going to set up your system for it, at least make it work..BluefalseindigoVersion: 22.3.1

✓ Check in at station doesn't save shields in appThe app seems fine but the entire system seems flawed. You must check in on a tablet at the station but if you have a reward and choose to "Save it for later" then you don't receive a shield for your purchase. Chevron should just add a barcode to the app that the cashier scans to record the purchase instead of this check in process that rarely works. The last 8 purchases I've made at chevron have not awarded any shields. Either go back to the cards or fix the system..TravelinAgainVersion: 1.0.74

✓ Apparently this app is pointless because of bad employeesSaw a sign offering a discount on a product. It was up in multiple places around the extra mile in Grover Beach Ca. So I signed up on the app. The cashier said the ad was old and had expired. I said oh ok the sign advertising the deal should probably be taken the sign down. He said yeah they should. This is not isolated to this store bad customer service is a common practice because employers don’t hold employees accountable. I hope someone in Extra Mile management reads this so maybe it will get better.P-r1ckVersion: 22.3.2
