✓ Extremely Happy With The HP SprocketI recently just purchased the HP Sprocket and I’m beyond happy! The pictures do print out a little less crisp than I thought but I still love them! I really hope they bring back the Polaroid border !!!!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I also wish there were a way to make a collage within the app rather than having to use a different app to do so. The stickers are super cute and I love that you’re able to make your own, best update in my opinion!! I hope they add more stickers and borders or make it to where if you like a border but don’t like the color you’re able to change it or change the thickness of the border and so on. ✓ Pretty good device, less good appI bought my sprocket a couple of days ago and so far I love it. It’s perfect for printing out those moments you want to hold on to forever. The only issue I have with the device is the print quality. I understand that it is due to the Zink technology that the sprocket uses and mostly it doesn’t affect me as a stick my photos up on my wall and only look at them from a distance however it would be nice to have better print quality. On the other hand I feel the app needs to have a lot more capabilities and a more intuitive UI. I found when I had to update my sprocket I had to restart it multiple times for it to stop saying “no sprocket connected” even though I could still print. Overall a great product that just needs a bit of refining..Version: 2.75.3

✓ Great for Albums not DecorThe app is really easy to use and even allows you to edit photos which I really like. However the actual paper the photos are printed on tend to curl instead of lay flat and because of that, as well as a lack of good adhesive they don’t stick well. I suggest making a better adhesive because when I try to stick the photos on my wall the curl and fall off. It works great for a photo album though! ✓ Love it !!!!!I really love the sprocket since it’s so easy to link to your phone and really easy to customise and print of pictures. With the ink-filled paper , it’s so convenient since all you have to do is load the paper and then print. The app it’s self is so amazing since you can add writing, borders and more to personalise your favourite pictures ready to print. Another great thing about this is the fact that the paper is sticky-backed to make it easier to display around your home. ✓ IOS 12 updated needed!!I just received my my printer and I can’t even use it unless I downgrade to iOS 11. So disappointed. I was really looking forward to using it. I absolutely do not want to go through the trouble of having to download iTunes to my computer (I never use it, the kids use it for homework and gaming). Please update soon. ✓ Very coolI’ve always wanted a Sprocket, the very first time I seen it advertised. I was a little reluctant about purchasing a little printer for such a large amount of money. I waited over a year to see if the price of the Sprocket notched down a little, but nope! The price stated the same. ✓ Fabulous little pocket rocketI bought this little guy so I could journal my adventures overseas as they were happening without having to leave space for photos and put them in later, or try and remember the finer details. I have not even left the airport and I’m already playing with her. She’s brilliant and is going to be my best friend and new travel buddy! ✓ Trouble connectingIi had a lot of trouble getting it connected by Bluetooth in the beginning. After an endless loop of troubleshooting it, I finally changed my approach by just going straight to the pictures and only then was I able to print. This was very confusing and if I hadn’t gotten creative, I probably would’ve returned it thinking it didn’t work. Glad I kept trying because I’m absolutely in love with the results! They really should fix this feature though because apparently I wasn’t the only one who had issues with it..Version: 2.80.22
✓ “Problem with setup”Update: the issue was finally fixed after reinstalling the app. Wow, so much time lost. Love the app though when it works!! My sprocket does not connect to my phone anymore after this update... I did not have any issues previously, and now my printer is not usable. I spent whole evening trying to make it work, followed advice from the developer posted in comments, still nothing... support is not responsive either. This is beyond frustrating... I have the latest iOS version, sprocket is charged, I reset the device, I “forget” the device and restart my phone - nothing, I’m still getting “Problem with setup” error after the final step, and I cannot connect printer to my phone... please fix this issue!!!.Version: 2.80.2

✓ No Complaints!I have absolutely no problem with the sprocket or the app. I have the 2 in 1, and I find it so convenient! The film is also pretty cheap for its quality; and the fact that it has a sticky side is wonderful! You can easily make collages or personalize whatever you want! You can also connect to friends’ sprockets! This makes it super easy to literally print whatever you want, wherever you want, WHENEVER you want. I am absolutely in love with this product. Everything runs super smoothly and I love it so much. There is a slider on the side of the sprocket where the charger is, and that’s how you turn it on. Some people get confused that there isn’t a button to turn it on. I was not paid or anything to write this. This is a genuine response from a very happy costumer. ✓ That stupid blue paper!!So I have the dumbest ex-wife, and I understand I shouldn’t be taking a star from your app for her error, but I also feel like there should be a large warning in place for people as ignorant as she is!! I honestly don’t know if you had the warning in there but she said she “had no idea that the blue piece was important, thought it was just for shipping protection....” anyway, I bring it up because the picture quality without it was MASSIVELY different than with it, and I say that because that’s the only difference I could infer between my sisters, and the one I bought for my son! It is a super fun printer and I love everything about it EXCEPT the need for the blue smart sh!T-sheet, and the lack of 5 warning labels in red saying “do not throw away the blue piece of paper!!!! ✓ Does not connect to my app!So this is so frustrating i loved it when i first got it 2 yrs ago for the past 6months I haven’t been able to connect my printer to the app its connected on my Bluetooth but when i try it in the app it says cannot find a sprocket device! I am sooooo mad because customer support cannot help. I i am sad because i cannot work on my scrapbook. ✓ Deleting your print cue after every print or else.I have to make sure and delete my print cute in the settings menu after every print, be caused if you dont, it reprints the same print you just printed over and over again. Waisted a whole 20 pack before figuring out the app. Really needs better print cue updating but other than that it works perfectly fine. Was able to print out a small grocery list and it gave me the perfect default orientation and every. Cant print super teeny but good enough for a 2x3. Love it so much because of how reliable, rechargeable, and convenient it is that im now buying the bigger one for more grocery lists and shipping labels. I charged the HP sprocket, connected it to my iPhone, loaded the paper and looked for a photo to print. To my surprise it went so smooth I couldn’t believe it. I love it! No longer do I spend ages cutting out and gluing photos, or realising I’ve printed on standard printer paper rather than photo paper. I love it! Only down sides are; I can only print 4 images at a time before it says it’s too hot and needs to cool down. The app completely drains my battery life on my iPhone. ✓ Don’t bother. Don’t even buy The SprocketThis is the most frustrating app/item ever. It wouldn’t work when I first bought it. Then in December it started working. Had fun with it. Then there was a firmware update and Boom! Doesn’t work. I loaded the firmware update just fine. But now my iPhone X says that the device “is not supported”. If you can’t connect over Bluetooth, it Will. Not. Print. I’ve tried everything. Reinstalled the app, retried the Bluetooth, even tried finding the firmware update again. Nothing. Just nothing. And no support. So I have a nice Sprocket paper weight now. UPDATE! Tried one more time-had to “forget” Sprocket, restart my phone, and redo the Bluetooth connection to the Sprocket, but it WORKED! ✓ Listen up!!!I really love this app because with all the aesthetic trends that are going on I can print out Polaroid pictures for free after the purchase and I can hang them up on the wall and do all sorts of stuff with them and they are just really good quality and I definitely recommend getting one! The little photo embellishments like the frames and stickers are fun, but the printing quality itself in terms of vibrancy is just slightly lacking. Thankfully the photos do not come out blurry. ✓ I love Sprocket but it’s a pain in the rear end!So when it’s working, it’s a 5 star. But the connectivity issues, drop it to a 2. Then the stickers and frames make it a 3.5 to 4. It’s driving me nuts. Perfect when it works but at least once a day I am having to hard reset, forget the device and delete and reinstall app whenever the Bluetooth drops and refuses to be recognised. If that was fixed, it would be the best around. Although I may have to knock off some points because they are removing reveal. ✓ Help me oofI got a sprocket for my birthday yesterday and it just seems to hate me lol. I’ve connected my phone to it, my Bluetooth has worked and it was all fine but then when I wanted to print something, it puts it in the queue and leaves it there saying I have bad connection (even though I don’t) and when I try and “fix up” my connection it says my sprocket has ran out of charge though it is charged fully. ✓ Amazing!!!I bought the sprocket for my birthday and it’s the best thing I’ve bought in ages. The paper requires zero ink and it’s also a sticker which is super convenient. In the app you can choose different borders and texts to add to your pictures and the best part is that it ‘ingrains’ memories. For example if I printed a picture that I took when I was on holiday, if I was to scan the picture with the app, I will be able to see where I went and all the other pictures/ information that links to that one picture. It’s actually amazing. The only slight down side would be the price of the paper which is £10 for 20 sheets which is not bad at all unless you keep printing pictures and have to buy it constantly 😂 overall amazing product and app!.Version: 2.59.0
