✓ Great idea but soooo many bugsPDF is unlike any other product without paying for a custom software application. HOWEVER, sooo many bugs which is so frustrating. I also have experienced support saying they will address the issue but having used it almost a year...I don’t ever believe them..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Filling formThis do come to was not very user friendly, part of it may be my fault as well. But it would have been much easier if there were the option to print and fill out.Version: 4.26

✓ Wiped my 8-page documentWhen I opened the app, it had me put in my email and my name. Normal enough. I then spent 30 minutes filling out an 8-page medical document. When I hit submit, it told me I had to put in my name and email once again. Okay a little weird but no big deal. When I did that, it did not submit my document but instead brought me back to a COMPLETELY WIPED version of the 8-page document that I had just filled out. Frustrated doesn’t begin to cover it..Version: 4.28.2
✓ Form Filler Review1. Apparently, cannot save document as PDF - the universally accepted document format. 2. Cannot rotate view from portrait to landscape. 3. Apparently, cannot save document to any location other than company using form. 4. Last step is annoying and intimidating: “Are you ready to send form?” Are you serious? This sounds like the IRS asking if this is your “final answer” in their version of Jeopardy. This is especially true since a customer apparently will not have been able to retain a copy - preferably a PDF - of what he/she has just completed and is sending! Scary! 5. Above deficiencies may work for company using form, but they definitely do not work for this customer. 6. Do NOT recommend Form Filler. I’ll take an Adobe Fillable PDF any day!.Version: 4.22
✓ Believe the reviewsThis app is trash. Despite the low rating, I took a chance and tried to use it for one of order forms on my iPad Pro. I got the client name in no problem, then proceeded to enter the address. Halfway through that it tries to randomly reconnect (I’m on WiFi AND cellular), the form reloads and all my entries wiped clean. Glad I only was 2 fields deep..Version: 1.3.3

✓ Hard to use!We can’t read the questions and see the answers at the same time. It is hard to go back and forth. The answers aren’t numbered. Sometimes it won’t accept when you mark a box. ✓ Awful User ExperienceFilling out forms should be easy with an app that is designed specifically to fill out forms. This is about as useful as a DMV employee. How many times did I have to re-enter the same info? Contact info has to be entered manually every. Single. Time..Version: 4.26
✓ Doesn’t work properlyI created forms, with a paid business account, and had the intention of sending them to recipients to fill out using this app. The app does not support the features that are allowed when creating the form. I have submitted multiple issues to support and have been told development is working on them, two months later and still no response or status updates when I inquire. Some of the features don’t work on the form in browser mode either. If I’m paying for a service, I should be able to use it entirely. 9/4 update. Thank you for answering my review, but I submitted all issues to the support email in May and have been checking in with Paul, who tells me the development team has been working on them. I’m hoping this is true and the multiple issues will be fixed soon so it can be used along with my subscription..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Covid formThis form is extremely difficult to use. It is not user friendly, especially for seniors. I have downloaded the program both an iPhone and iPad. But was unable to reply on either form. Today was the second attempt to submit the vivid form to my dentist. It starts by saying ‘click start’ ... but there is no Start button??? You can not get to the section that will allow answers to be input. It’s useless. The only link that worked was the comment section. I hope you are able to resolve these issues because the frustration level only increases each time it’s used..Version: 4.19

✓ HorribleUsing on iPhone and what should have taken me 20 minutes max took me over 2 hours. Not user friendly at all. Whenever you click the “next” arrow it jumps you ahead like 20 boxes, then when you go back to click the actual next box it keeps asking you if you want to exit because you clicked outside the field. ✓ Terrible appThis app makes it extremely difficult to fill out forms, which is a huge shame because the whole point of it is to fill out a form. It has a question box asking if you want to enter text, but it keeps appearing over the question line you need to fill in, so you have to cancel the question box (basically saying you DON’T want to enter text) so the app insrlf prevents you from filling in text. ✓ Does not work on iPad 5th genThis app does not work. when selecting dates it inputs months like 54 when you select September or days like 46 when you select 22. I wasted 30 minutes cause it wants me to complete every field without saying which ones it has a problem with. ✓ Document AppThis app would be good if you could enter the data a little easier. When you using your phone to fill this out it is very difficult to get to the right lines and your prompts cover what you need to fill out. When I timed out and returned, the document re-loaded in full view, but made me wonder about lack of security since I came up without logging back in. ✓ PoorThis is the most difficult form I’ve ever tried to complete, once a box is checked I’m unable to uncheck it it does not want to except the information it keeps telling me I have gone outside the lines which I don’t see how I could’ve done that. It will not let you leave an item blank but then it would not except na,So I had to put my home phone number in as I am retired. I don’t see the necessity of my drivers license number and my Social Security number for garbage pick up. I am already a customer with the water service..Version: 4.26
