✓ Awesome WorkoutThis gym has changed my life! It’s an amazing all over body workout, you’ve got cardio and some weight training thrown in, as you’re doing so much work with the heavy bag.. hard not to sculpt those guns! Every teacher brings something different to class so you’re never bored. This is my happy place! The app is great because it will add a class right to your calendar, and tells you who is teaching which class. The only thing I wish it did was sync with my iwatch as it looks like it does pair with some other devices..Frames??Version: 1.22

✓ AmazingI love CKO.. it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! Releasing all of my stress and tension on the bags feels great! The workout is so great you get a full body workout and feel amazing when class is over!! There are great instructors it truly is amazing.
