✓ Terrible appWon’t allow you to look up accounts says they don’t exist but do on the web and then to setup an account it won’t let you select type of device your using except lynx.Version: 1.0.36
✓ None productiveWe use the web page but it doesn’t work well on mobile devices. Downloaded the app and it stated it is based on the website but doesn’t pull previous accounts. Very disappointed..Version: 1.0.36

✓ Garbage. Absolutely garbage.This app would be nice IF it worked the way it was supposed to. -You can’t send reset password commands for Total Connect or change the master user email/SMS. -I have to constantly uninstall this app because it will “glitch out” and not even let me access the log in screen. Which is the whole reason this app gets a 1 star for me. -when trying to make certain changes, it’ll error out and send me back to the find account screen. There are way too issues. Please please PLEASE fix this. For an app that we use everyday, this makes us waste a lot of time..Version: 1.0.36

✓ Please fix bugsThey don’t tell you that if you use the alarm panel communication programming button to “Send Data” -as opposed to using the button on this app to send data from the app only- then you won’t be able to see your account in the app’s list, or find it by searching by City/CSID/ACCOUNT (unless you use the web portal on a computer.) So, make sure you only send data from the app only, not from the panel. I don’t know why it is a big secret, but it took months of being on hold with Tech Support until someone finally let me know that lil nugget of info. Also, on my iPhone, I am finding that often I cannot get to the login screen. It just stays blank. Sometimes quitting other apps is the remedy, but not always. Very frustrating when trying to program from the field using my phone. (Isn’t that the point of this app???) Please fix this! It makes me so aggrivated that I may want to start selling 2GIG products instead! ****Also, make tc WOC HD video cameras available to view in lyric screen!!!!! My customers keep asking why the video button is there if the cameras don’t work with it. Duhhhhhhhh?.Version: 1.0.36

✓ ProblemsI love this app but it has problems! I used AlarmNet 360 web version for years on my iPad. It is hard. I have to zoom in or out sometimes. Sometimes everything greyed out. Sometimes I have to logon and login. Now I use the app all the time and I love it! It works, as it is easy! But the sync has problems. :( I have synced through LTEM-PXV/A but now I can’t. I have called Resideo Tech Support and they tell me firmware needs updating. Sync still didn’t work. I emailed Resideo Tech Support, Kevin Smith, and the sync worked again! However, the app is broken again. Does somebody in Resideo has a solution? -Greg Jones Secur-Tek.Version: 1.5.0
✓ SpecificWorks for only some panels like the lyric and some lynx with the higher revisions. Needs more updates but I think they are just going to make this work with panels going forward from now on..Version: 1.0.36
✓ Needs WorkRecommend search by name. You have to know the AlarmNet account number by heart to look anything up. Recommend larger letters. Not everyone is 25 yrs old. Recommend Touch or Face recognition to open. It’s a pain to sign in plus it’s insecure to keep it signed in. Thank you..Version: 1.1.4

✓ GarbageIt does not let you look up existing accounts and has been that way since its release. I type in MAC addresses or CS-City-Account numbers of existing accounts and it says there’s nothing there, while they’re existing and available on the web portal. Have been checking back for months for updates, none have been made. The most useless business app I own.Version: 1.0.34
