✓ Ads?So I pay $80 for an annual subscription and I get a cheap app that is inundated with ads and is just a shell of the webpage? I think ISU just hit rock bottom in delivering sports content to out of area alumni. Hope they do well or more likely their opponents do this season so I can watch games in realtime and not 3 days later..Version: 1.0.7
✓ Radio Broadcast Playback AwfulUp to three years ago the radio file playback was serviceable. Then The app was updated and for the past 3 years it's ridiculous. 1 - No function is provided to skip to a specific time in the broadcast? Why? This is basic! 2- The player will randomly stop playback, then restart at the beginning. Now you're screwed and you have to listen from the beginning again. This makes no sense. Super frustrating. It would be awesome if I could play the files on an app that actually functions. However, learfield dictates that ISU use this app. What a bunch of Jokers. Oh, and I pay for this service. Not happy. Not satisfied. Doubtful anyone will respond or care. You should be embarrassed..Version: 4.0.10
✓ Video playback unreliableI usually have to attempt to watch the video multiple times before I can get the video steam to go. I just spent a couple of minutes watching the spinner go and got no video. My internet connection is very fast. This happens pretty much every time I try to stream a game. ✓ We digressedWhy do users need to click continue immediately after opening app? Takes 3 clicks just to get to content you are looking for: "continue", "teams", schedule. Way too many ads. I'd gladly pay for an app that's more user friendly without all the ads.Version: 1.0.7

✓ App clunky at bestThe app is good in theory but it’s actual operation is dismal. For example, I tried for 20 minutes to view Matt Campbell’s Baylor post game press conference. ✓ GarbageWhen I read ISU would have an app with online streaming and Google Chromecast capability I was stoked. I've been moving around a laptop and hardwiring it to my TV for years with Cyclones.tv. Now a wireless way to stream the game on my tv? Great. Unfortunately the execution by Cyclones.tv & SIDEARM SPORTS was far behind the expectations. The app doesn't have a place to log in with my $80 annual account. It doesn't have the Chromecast capabilities promised. I had to download a secondary app to stream it through a browser and cast it to the tv. The feed was minutes behind. I didn't get online until 9 minutes had passed into the first quarter. It bumped me off several times throughout the game. The video quality was not great. A whole lot of issues need to be figured out. Not a great look..Version: 1.0.7
