✓ Poor optimisation.The app has great functionality when trying to assist customers. However, it will absolutely drain your battery no matter what device you have. It completely defeats the purpose, you spend more time sat next to wall charging your phone making it more difficult to help customers. ✓ Good but HorribleI really see the thought processing behind this app, however it’s full of glitches and bugs that the develops just can’t seem to get right. Having to use this for work, I don’t have much of a choice but having to use it, which is painful. They need to develop this for the MacBooks and PC’s to make working from home a lot easier. iPad use is inconvenient, and you definitely need an external keyboard. Also, this app KILLS your battery, so I definitely do NOT recommend putting this onto your phone unless you plan on paying to replace your battery every 4 months. The images seem grainy and the photo size differs from what you take a picture of to what is sent to the customer. Odd. There should also be a feature within the app that tells you how many people are on the website currently and how many people might be waiting to chat. One is unable to close the app. Restarted my phone numerous times and still can not close the app. Tried to remove the app and It acts like spyware. Don’t not even try to contact the developer because they will not even respond or the they give same lame response. The app continually freezes during customer interactions. Yet there had not been any response from the developer. This app works poorly at best.The developer still has not resolved the problems plaguing this lousy app. Furthermore do not expect to get an answer from the developer. You will only get the same old lame reply. The app continually freezes upon opening, during customers interactions as well as closing the app. During a customer interaction one can not see the customers interaction. Many times one does not know they even had a customer until one freshes the app or by turning one’s phone off and restarting it. The barcode scan only works intermittently. When you use the barcode the app freezes and you can no longer communicate with the customer and you are unable close the app. This poorly designed app can cost the user hundreds of dollars of lost sales due the problems of the app not functioning properly. Often the app crashes mid session, top right buttons stopped working with most recent update so you cannot view chat history to gather info needed on follow ups. I’m not able to use the email tool as the app tells me I need to login… while logged in. If another person in your team is not online (using the app) you must pickup where their long conversation ended. Why isn’t there an email tool linked to paying clients using their specific service ? ✓ Great idea, terrible executionI’ve had to use this app for work for about 6 mo. There seem to be different bugs that come up depending on the version update; however it consistently crashed upon opening from a push notification (nothing more annoying than a circle of death while a customer was waiting) and was a HUGE battery drain. I love the idea, and I was really excited to be introduced to the platform when our in-store sales dwindled due to COVID; but I would avoid using it again in the future..PTSMayoraVersion: 5.13.0
