✓ Rubbish gameI started playing this game when the pandemic hit to help past time whilst isolating. I fell in love with the game and soon became addicted. I have met some awesome friends, that I now class as family. Recently with all the unnecessary changes, it’s put me off playing, I’ve considered giving up altogether and finding a new game to play. ✓ YOU TOOK THE FUN OUT THE GAMEThis use to be my favorite bingo game, but now not so much. We use to get 2 power ups from each player now you have knocked it down to one, the game is so messed up from your updates it’s not even funny. I use to play this game so much be now I’d you be lucky if I get 2hrs of play out of it because you have made it boring to play. You say that it’s FB is the reason that the gifting gas changed which isn’t true but ok it’s nothing we can do about that. I use to spend a few dollars here and there but not anymore because you took away the majority of our power ups and put those stupid pink tickets in place of the power ups. And players are using up the pink tickets because you want 4500 for 18 power ups which is crazy, I think about deleting this game all the time , and you have lost a lot of players that use to love this gave that are no longer here. I've sent messages over and over again to the developers and all they do is send me a couple things hoping that fixes the situation but really in the end I spend so much more money and a lot of things and they don't return to me nearly enough of what I've lost so far over the last few years. The major one being LACK OF POWER UPS! Compared to other bingo games I have played this is the worst game for getting power ups. Constantly out and they always want $$$$ to get power ups. They want you to add total strangers to your page to up the gifts you are gifts sent; which is mostly a couple pink tickets. I don’t like that. When they gift free power ups is 2-3 individual power ups. When you level up, 4 power ups. It’s a slap in the face for the time consumed in playing. Second is how hard it is to get club balls making it harder to complete collections in your club. I’m seriously contemplating deleting the game because mainly the power up issue. When I first started playing I thought, “ok this is cool.” Since October, there has been nothing but poorly executed changes, ones that the players have begged to have changed back. Long story short, It won’t allow another game account to be set up (only connects to mine) and I’ve continuously asked support for help on that account, which I have yet to get. When the ad is finished the screen freezes and you not only don’t get the double points, you lose what you had to begin with. Last time it happened I was doubling over 500,000 and I lost it all. ✓ Fun Game but...Support is non-existent. I only received canned responses that had been been cut and pasted. I tried to explain in detail what was happening and it was like the support person, Sam C, hadn’t even read the message. Because my issue severely impacted my play I eventually just gave up and deleted the game. I had played for about 6 months but in that time I also witnessed Clipwire give fewer and fewer power ups, rewards for puzzle collections shrank and valued items were deleted from side games and mini-games. Players even attempted a boycott to try to send a message but Clipwire had no intention in listening or value their unhappiness with the game. I stayed in because I was in a great club and didn’t really want to leave them but...enough was enough. The game was simply too frustrating to play anymore and I play games to relax, not be continually frustrated. Sadly, this game was fun at first and it has so much potential. You can also get ONE mini game daub for 10,000 pink tickets. They are basically forcing you to purchase with MONEY power up packs. There is no way to do well in this game without power ups. It is almost impossible to get the 4/5/6 star items you need for the room you work on, but don’t worry you will get the 4/5/6 star items for rooms you just finished. I have asked about this and they said those are harder items to get. I understand that, but I have tracked this and after you complete a room you are 4 times as likely to get those harder items for the previous rooms than the room you are working on. The changes to the fame has created constant freezing and every time you loose tokens that they don’t replace, you get cards that have nothing on them and they want you to play for that. If it is not broke don’t fix it.... Is that really so hard to get? Since the update I have not been able to go to bingo story community page and collect anything. That really helps you not to appreciate them in a hurry. They have taken away our choosing or own bingo helpers and we are forced to take what they deem appropriate for them. They use to give us plenty of lead way to play and get prizes like the puzzle pieces and game balls now it is good luck if you see them. ✓ Spend spend spend or what is actually the point of this game?The game play seems smooth and the animation is pretty. But there is no explanation on how to play besides the bingo basics (clubs, boosts, power ups and tickets are all just... there to figure out yourself.) The prices on things are stupidly expensive and not worth it. I’ve paid almost $20 in the time I’ve played and it got me little to nothing. I also played for almost 4 hours straight in one day and while I ranked up to Gold! Go me! By the next morning, I was back at bottom rank and earned nothing for my efforts. I honestly feel this is money hungry and not considerate of the players. The only thing I think it gets right is the unlimited play. ✓ **DESERVES ZERO STARS**Tried to get too big too fastAt least 3 times per day the game will freeze and restart since the last major game update, but the not so funny thing about it is that it only does it when you use your blue tokens. Also, after the update over a month ago, the game messed up and took away over 100,000 designer points and stole my ability to gift 4 star items. I have literally done everything they’ve asked of me and my teammates are willing to verify that I was able to gift them 4 star items, but support is unwilling to speak to my teammates and are refusing to fix the issue. I’m not telling you that you shouldn’t play but I am saying that you shouldn’t spend money in a game when they know there are major glitches, crashing issues and that the game will freeze and give you a black screen and restart without warning. They tried to do too much without doing a Beta test to ensure it wouldn’t disrupt the functionality of game play. ✓ Total rip off! No supportI did enjoy playing this game until it started crashing all the time. This results in power ups and coins being lost (I’ve lost a lot with it crashing at the beginning of a game) they give the illusion of support which you contact and they do nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️. I did buy a deal offer on coins and power ups and surprise surprise the game crashed and I have paid for item but not received it! Support haven’t bothered to respond! ✓ I love this game, but…I’ve been planning this game for a couple of years, and I’ve even spent quite a bit of $$$. I would really like to rate it as a 5 star game. Here are a few things that should improve. 1. Bring back the option of free game cards. If you won’t do that, then dump all of the ads. If I’m paying for something then I shouldn’t have to watch them. 2. Add more levels past 400. I’ve been topped out for several months now. 3. Update the pictures. Having the same one repeating is getting old. 4. I am not liking the story book thing, especially since they aren’t getting updated with any regularity. 5. Make it easier to earn tokens. I would probably still pay for more, but the slowness and increased costs of tokens has me looking for another game to switch to. 6. Don’t make it so difficult in finding the rarity items to craft decorations. Seems I can only get through about half of them and the further I get down the line, the less likely it is to get rarity items. 7. Add an option to be able to trade in a surplus of one particular power play for other power plays, or better yet, trade in for more tokens. 8. ✓ Would never recommend after updateI never leave reviews but the latest update on this game is just so appalling I had to write one. I would never recommend this game to anyone at this point. The new update basically forces you to pay to play. Clipwire will reply and say you can still play for free but that junk. Technically yes, you can play for free but They have drastically reduced the golden bingo balls and items on the free card. If you’re in a competitive team you will not be able to play as you did before without spending money. Clipwire will say you get 12 free blue tokens a day as if we’re supposed to fall over at their feet for their kindness. You can’t even play one barely upgraded set of cards with that. If people want to upgrade their cards and spend money that’s fine, but they should not have taken away the basic version of the game they’ve been offering. They should have kept it the same as the baseline and the upgraded cards should have gradually increased in items. Most of my competitive top 10-25 team (many of which have willingly spent money in the past) have said they will no longer spend a penny on this game and will leave if it stays like this.
