✓ Reloading a card to pay is not idealIt wasn’t a difficult app to use, but I do not like that I have to load a card from my credit/debit card before being able to pay. And in $10 increments no less! If I am already providing my card information, why can’t it just be run for the exact amount of my purchase? Can I zero out the balance on that reloadable card? Or will ADC hold onto the dollars I don’t use in perpetuity? It doesn’t make sense and really makes me reluctant to use this app regularly. I’m not comfortable paying more for my lunch than I should be charged for. $10 to get a $7.50 salad… why would you need that extra $2.50? What if I don’t make another purchase in the future? ✓ LameUsed it for a minute then forgot about it. Number one reason........ no Dark Mode support. That tells me who ever owns this app doesn’t even do basic updates. Last update was 6 months ago. ✓ More Options NeededWe use this app to order specific items. We work for a large company in Carmel, IN and we are able to order coffee and food. ✓ No Way to Get Leftover MoneyThe company that I used to work for had us pay through this app. Well you have to load money onto the account. I have money leftover on the account but I've since switched companies. I cannot get my money back and they have not contacted me despite me contacting them. ✓ Overpriced, malfunctioning app.After paying a few 300% markups on drinks and snacks, I finally used the Contact Us option in the app to email about closing my account and getting my remaining funds returned. Cue three hours later when my email comes back undeliverable. I'm betting this is the business model - force you to install $5 minimum per reload, price items accordingly so you can never break even, keep the free change left over from thousands of customers when they quit because they can’t reach customer service to demand a refund.
