Could not use promo codeWasn’t able to use my personal promo code that sent to me by PC to receive an additional 10,000 points when I ordered using Pc Express. This is not the first time this has occurred and is very frustrating. I met all the conditions and the app message was that the code was jot recognized. Fix this problem please..Version: 24.3.0

Worked once, then time slots keep resettingWe were able to pick up groceries once, but they only gave us part of the order at pick up; they also charged us for coffee but we didn't receive it. Since then, the app keeps deleting our requested time slot (6-7 times now). Given how busy it is, we cannot request another slot closer than 2-weeks; customer service has not responded to my inquiry. Hopefully that gets resolved because this is a very valuable service in these strange times..Version: 5.0.6

Cannot even view the flyerWhat a stupid app… It only focusses on shopping online but will not give me the option to just simply look at the flyer. If I want to shop online I’d like the option however, I also like to go into the store but know what the specials are before I go. If la blast can’t even do that they do not deserve to have me as a customer. Does not loadThis app loads to a point your province your store your id then it goes to load and it’s says oops reload your page try that and doesn’t work so garbage for now it was good but for now garbage use Instacart instead get home delivery and don’t have to wait for someone to bring out your groceries..Version: 24.1.0

Location failI can’t use the app at all. It will not register location. I’ve done on wifi. Off wifi. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Signed in and out. Everything I can do. It won’t let me manually pick a location either as it only gives me the ‘loading’ thing and blocks out the rest of the page. Im sure it’s amazing, when it lets you pick a store. And yes. Doesn’t want to work with PC PassApp was fine, until I signed up for PC Pass, then tells me it needs to be updated before I can access it. Tap link to update, no update available in App Store. Bug open for 1 year remains unresolved03/05/2022 the “My Lists” still does not work and frequently returns errors. 4 months now that this bug has gone unresolved. 14/02/2022 - “My Lists” functionality is still broken in IOS app. Cases opened, as suggested by Loblaws employees monitoring these reviews, have gone with no response given. 01/20/2022- Lists feature only works once or twice then gives error. Advice for Loblaws support is “delete and re-download app”which works for once or twice and then error again. Have deleted and downloaded this app 22 times so far. How about you fix the problem in the first place instead asking customers to use poor workarounds. Update 11/23/2021 - Lists/Favorites does not work again. Really don’t understand why this keeps happening repeatedly. Apparently not a feature that the app team for Loblaws tests at alll apparently. This app has continuous issues that make it unusable at times. Very frustrating Have been using the app for over almost two years now and unfortunately things have gotten worse and to the point it is almost unusable now. Examples: 1) Unable to use Lists (aka favorites) under “My Shop”. No sure Whenever you try to add a product, remove a product or view the list you receive an error “"Sorry, Something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again" 2) You can no longer view past order details. The link to “view by Past Orders” was removed from this app for some reason about ½ a year ago. 3) Unable to sort or filter by nutrition contents (calories, fat, carbs) 4) Local products are not available to be purchased in the app even though they are regularly stocked and available in-store all year round 5) Many products are missing descriptions 6) many products do not list nutritional information. This makes is impossible for those who have dietary restrictions (allergies to nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, etc.) from using this app. 7) Prices change from the time you select the product to the time it is shows up in your cart. (milk and eggs are the most common products that do this) 8) Sale prices will sometimes show on the product even through the sale is ended and it is not until you add the product to your cart that the price gets “refreshed”. This is a mini “bait-and-switch” as most people are not going to remember or examine each of the 50-60 products in their cart to validate that the prices did not change 9) you cannot see previous order receipts (functionality was removed for some reason). This is just a small list the issues, bugs and functionality that has been removed from this app over the past year. Instead of adding features and making the app better it slowly being made worse..Version: 22.5.0

The Worst!Starts off OK, then slows down to a death crawl. Pages take forever to load, nothing happens when you select an item, it just laaaaags. One of the buggiest shopping apps I have ever usedI always have trouble with this app. I don’t have a car so I get groceries delivered. While I am shopping sometimes no items show up in any of the categories when browsing. The pop up to favourite an item will randomly pop up, a dozen will pop up one after another and then I have to close them all and continue shopping. My card or my husband’s will repeatedly be denied sometimes, but if I just try it a few more times it will eventually go through. That one happens about every other time I go to pay. I can never use my points because as soon as I hit the option to do so while I am in my cart getting ready to pay, the system just kicks me out of the cart. I go back in and it says I have not requested any points be used, no matter how many times I try to use them, it just keeps booting me back out of the cart. I really wish they would fix these issues..Version: 24.3.0

PricesPrices displayed are horrible when I order from my iPhone. It shows you one price when you are looking for an item, then when you click on that item it is different price. Example Native shampoo. At least 90% of the prices are different..Version: 24.5.0
