The graphics of the cars in the cut scenes is beautiful I just wished we could see that translated in some form to the gameplay. ✓ Why it's worth every pennyThere comes a time when an app so amazing comes at a relatively cheap price. I was sceptical of this game at first. I've seen a lot of manager sport apps out there and wasn't expecting much. However this one takes the proverbial slice of cake. Without any of the additional in game content the game is phenomenal. It takes you through every aspect of a real race, makes you part of a virtual family that takes everything to get to first. It's also a huge lesson. What are the chances that you learn how to save and invest in an app. You get so much but by the end can invest so little! It really shows you how to take care of certain things that the dilemmas that lie ahead may be small compared to achieving first. Get the game, play is for hours. Immerse yourself. ✓ Drops one star because of the weird iCloud sync problemThe game allows saves to iCloud but they're not automatic. This is a bit weird if you want to save on one device and pick it up on another. You have to force it to save from the first device, then on the second device, delete a locally saved game and then do a "pull" from iCloud to get it to update. If they could solve that so the three saved game slots automatically sync across devices it would be 5 stars..Version: 1.1.3
✓ Better than first but....Many ways improves on the first game: UI interface(less cluttered than before with smaller driver’s icon and etc), addition(incremental upgrades to each part of the car, driver’s academy) and gameplay(rain causing havoc and your driver and AI making mistakes during races etc). However, several times on my play through I have encountered a bug of sort where I would just complete the race and suddenly the game crashes. This has been annoying especially when u rank in a high position and you have to restart the entire race. Is there any way to fix this?.Version: 1.1.3

✓ I’m only being critical because I love itDon’t get me wrong, this is hands down one of the best mobile games of all time. Simple, intuitive controls yet exhilarating and tense gameplay. I love it. My only problem is how much I was spoiled with the PC version. It feels so much more in depth than this version, and while I’m well aware that mobile phones can’t handle PC programs (yet), I would love to see some of features trickle down to the mobile game. Things such as more driving modes, being able to rush pitstops, and email would be fantastic to have. I’m also sure I’m not alone in saying I would gladly purchase the GT and endurance expansions if they were to come to mobile. ✓ Great gameThis is certainly a game worth playing. If you enjoyed the first one then this will satisfy you. The simple design makes for easy access but for first time players, it will take some getting used to. The game allows you to manage every part to a formula 1 team, and will keep you coming back. Having a difficulty setting based on the league your in works well with a nice and challenging difficulty curb. However winning in the last league is a jump then from the second one which can turn people off. Overall, a greatly priced game for what you get. Worth a buy and play. Support these guys and girls. ✓ Brilliant but...Fantastic game. Everything about this game is fantastic, from managing your drivers rivalries to improving the car all the way to important decision-making on track. This is the best racing management by game out there for iOS. My Wishlist: •After 20 seasons it does get a bit repetitive. I would love the ability to change some form of statistic relating to team performance in the editor. Whether that’s a simple 1-20 rating, HQ statistics and/or finances it would make the game so much better. (A way to somehow manipulate driver transfers would be fun too - like in FMH) •It would also be nice if the AI upgraded their cars more often as I have found the buffs from the HQ makes the users team way too good forcing me not to upgrade my car just to have a competitive fight. •Promotions. I would like a rule (like the points system) that allows promotions and relegations. This would add some more entertainment to the game. •Finally driver costs, maintenance and car building need to be more expensive as I seen to have £200,000,000 sitting in the bank trying to find a way to spend it without destroying the AI. •I would love to be able to keep a test driver like in the PC version as the driver development program in this version isn’t very flexible..Version: 1.1.3

Maybe the only improvement I would suggest would be watching the real cars instead watching my colourful number 1 and 2 haha. Because in Career Mode, you have an option to customise the colour and design of the car but you don’t actually get to see the car race. But overall very fun gameplay.. ✓ InGame Editor improvementI love this game, and I spent 10 dollars or so on the in game editor to make my own league. I managed to make it but in the first race I found some of the weak drivers won. I realised it was because of how good there cars are. I put the strong teams that I wanted with the weakest teams (Like Chariot). I then noticed you can’t actually change how good ones team car is. ✓ Great game but....This a great game particularly in the early/middle stages but as most reviews state, when you manage to get to the top that's it, you win constantly and by massive margins. You can run the whole race on hard tyres and still win by a country mile. You also end up with so much money and nothing to spend it on. Managed to find it now •Make the R&D based on weeks not races •Improve the performance of drivers that are given team status “number 2” as they really slow compared to teammate •Make the grid shuffle around a bit more as it’s mainly the same teams competing at the top •I would like it if you added in some GMA decisions like ( Changing the layout for some tracks, adding in more races per season and some of the ones you get in the pc version like prize money). •Need to add in relegation and promotion or make it optional. •Add in more colours and designs to choose from when designing your car, allow us to change it every season with a pop up at the start of a new season. • add in some more tracks, as we haven’t got any tracks similar to the Monaco GP, the French GP, German GP and Baku GP • Finally I would like it you added in either practice sessions and give us a certain amount of tyres per race •Or make the race distance longer but you can change it at the start of each race However all these suggestions doesn’t reflect how good the game is as it’s really good. ✓ Truly Impressive GameFirst, I want to say that this game won’t be for everyone. However, those that are willing to put in the time and have a little patience with it will definitely be rewarded. Instead of going right to the Pro/Con thing, here are some points to keep in mind. This is NOT a racing game and you are not directly controlling the cars on your team. Instead you can give them some general direction and the AI does it’s thing. This is a management game, and your primary role is decision making. (I know that should be obvious by the game title, but you know how people can be...) in the beginning there is little you can do to make sure you win races, but that’s ok. This is about the long term development of a team, not instant success. Cons: The graphics could be a little better, but they are more than sufficient to make each track unique. The sound is a bit generic and I wish the background engine sounds were more closely tied to the car I’m currently “controlling”. The colored circles that represent the cars could be replaced with something that actually looks like a car, but I can understand that the position number that each car is in might not show up well that way. Lastly, I think the final tier has too many races... the 16 race season feels a little too long. Pros: You’ll get out of this game everything you put into it and more. I don’t remember what I paid for it when I downloaded it, $5.99 I think, but was a bargain considering how much I play this game. I have it installed on my iPhone 6 and my iPad mini 2, and play it on both devices. I really like that long term thinking, careful financial planning, and considered driver development are all rewarded equally. There are a lot of different elements to this game and they all deliver. I wish there were a lot more games of this caliber available on the App Store!.Version: 1.0.4

✓ Very FunI encountered 1 bug in all my time playing. Twice. This bug can occur if you click continue too fast, allowing you to skip a week. After this, the results screen that occurs after races may turn blank with the top 3 finishers being a random driver. This occurred for a few seasons until I somehow managed to get it to stop. In my second encounter with the bug, I skipped a race day. 2-3 races were determined with unknown random drivers placing 3rd and 5th compared to my usual 1,2 finishes. I forgot what method I used to fix this bug as this occurred 3-4 months ago. I hope to see more updates in the coming future! :D.Version: 1.1.3

Every few seasons in the World Motorsport Championship a driver comes around with broken states. Despite being in the fifth best team he still is coming first all the time, even though his has 3 stars. Even putting on less than half a star he still is always winning while he team mate is only coming around 10th even though his max stars. This needs to be fixed..Version: 1.1.0

✓ Saved my bacon on a family holidayEverybody needs a bit of downtime on a family holiday, right? I was away from the Internet and forgot to bring my MFI controller. What to do? My other half recommended this game and I must say it's fantastic! What you get for the price (which I think is very reasonable) is a very good strategy game, fun and engaging, you can spend as many hours as you wish Working through to the top of the world series which is much harder than it might first appear. ✓ MM2 my reviewA very good game that caught me by surprise! I was thinking about another generic manager game that I will have a bit of fun but then grow tired of it, but it never happened. Probably mainly due to the fact that the game has surprisingly lots of content that makes you trying to do more and more when starting from the lower championships. The macro game is building up your team to compete and win at the highest levels. Hire a 2.5-star driver with the potential for 5 and train him/her up over time. Take the proceeds of winning due to upgrading your parts and upgrade your HQ to help improve the skills of your drivers and staff. Take 1st place in the Team Championship at the end of the season and "graduate" up to the next tier, if you want/dare to. I also really enjoy the race strategy. I do see it as a little bit mathematical (for me that is a good thing), you have to figure out the fixed fuel-per-lap burn rates in the game for different engine settings (which takes a few laps of your first race) and balance those against "tyre" wear rates that depend on driver, temperature, track etc. The races really do keep you on the edge of your seat, very exciting stuff. Overall I hugely recommend this game!!!! Keep up the good work devs!!!!.Version: 1.1.3

After the race weekend I would expect the part to have been built but no, I never get the part. ✓ Close l, but no cigarHaving played the PC version of MM and of course MM2, It’s sage to say I have a lot of experience with these games. Let me start out by saying I really enjoy MM2, being a mobile game it does a great job at passing time and has a lot of enjoyment. Well worth the few pounds it costs to buy. BUT there are a few simple things left out that are in the PC version that are sorely missed. Such as, practice sessions, Qualifying is both a practice session for learning the best set up, and your limited chance at getting it right and starching pole. Also the setups of the car is WAY less complicated. Just 3 or 4 options and with the track hints only 2 options are ever viable. Another thing I miss is driver feedback when setting up cars, like in MM one set up generally won’t suit both cars/drivers, but it’s all guess work finding out what they need, generally you get 3 tries to get the best set up in qualifying. The races are pretty much the same, choose when to push or conserve, what tire or fuel strategy to take. But still misses some of the finer details like individual part damage, or feedback on what’s going on with the ‘car’ the between race part of the ‘sim’ again has been simplified, no more rule change votes, no more balance between improving parts for performance or reliability (although some of this still exists when designing/building a part) Over all I’d say it’s enjoyable and worth a buy, but if you’ve played the PC version, don’t expect as much control over everything on Mobile..Version: 1.0.4

✓ Is this love?!I'm not completely sure, but i think that this is that warm, fuzzy feeling people talk about when they speak of love. I think of it often, if not constantly. I want to buy it flowers everyday after work, and i find myself singing out-loud, swinging around lamp posts in the rain. Is this love? The only fault that i've found so far is that, oddly, it is hard to tell what year/season it is, so i never really know before hand when my drivers' contracts are gonna expire. I've looked everywhere, i think, but cannot find what actual year a particular season is taking place in. Histories of drivers achievements only list their wins and titles, failing to list what year they have occurred in. There are other very awesome details and stats to explore, but no mention of which year it is. Even the season calendar has no year associated with it. Odd. We need more cups, as well as a way to add reserve drivers. I also suggest adding another challenge, called king of the series. Every race, one team is eliminated. At the end of 9 races, we will have a showdown. The top two (only occurs if one person from each team finished in the top two in the final round.) will have a showdown. ✓ Love it. Highly recommended!I was a massive fan of the first Motorsport Manager on mobile. I can't say just yet which one is superior, but ultimately I'm comfortable in saying that this game is the exact opposite of "awful"; perhaps "brilliant"? The "editing" add on seems a bit pricey, though I've yet to buy it so I can't comment on the value of having the ability to edit the game (I do really like the concept though). A few crashes here and there, mainly after completing a race and pressing "continue" or during the pre-season, just after the testing phase (again, pressing "continue" would cause the game to crash). This hasn't really affected my overall experience given the auto save function works very conveniently and I'm able to continue on my path mere seconds behind where I just was. Fantastic work developers! Please do buy this game if you're a fan of motor racing, and perhaps even if you're just a fan of business tycoon-esque strategy. It's well worth it..Version: 1.0.0

✓ Amazing but frustrating aspects.Put way too much time into this game. Well over 40 hours now. It’s amazing. Such a great game. Love the strategy, management and growth of personal drivers and teams. Only thing that frustrates me is the way AI teams, cars and drivers works. Two drivers on the same team consistently finish up to 10 spots away from each other despite the number 2 driver being just as good if not better than the number 1 driver. Teams cars also don’t seem to improve so same teams seem to dominate. Best drivers in the championship come last and lose to their lesser skilled teammate consistently. This season I have the number 1 car, drivers and engineers yet still 1.5 seconds off the pace in qualifying and 30+ seconds off race pace. Just need more realistic and dynamic AI management and this would absolutely be a 5 Star with plenty more gameplay hours..Version: 1.1.3
