✓ This is a Muscle Up only appOk as far as it goes but it’s not an app using a wide range of exercises and general training as it’s App Store title suggests. The app title changes on install to Muscle Up and that’s it’s sole focus. Of the 4 programs designed to get you performing a Muscle Ups only the first 2 are free. And all the programs assume you have rings and don’t provide an alternative. There’s also a weird treatment to the video demos where they’re tried to put a glow around the person and it makes the whole image hazy like it’s a dream. Really odd choice because it adds noting to the understanding and just detracts..ThehommeVersion: 1.2
