✓ Love the app, but one suggestionI love snackpass as a college student. I use it every time I order food to send gifts to my friends. I even like it more after I hatch a bird. I like sending chirps to my friend. One suggestion that I have is to make a widget for sending chirps. It would be really nice if I can just click the widget in the home screen and send chirps to my friends. Thank you!.Version: 5.33.0

✓ Rewards change without noticeOnce I gathered enough points for a free slice of pizza I waited for a good opportunity to go with friends. I promoted this app to everyone I know and we usually use it around Cal. When the time came to redeem my free pizza, the points changed without notice. It went from 5 points a slice to 10. No way can I manage to get 10 points. Edit— that above was my 2 star review. I am upping it to 4 stars because they changed the reward around which balances out my frustration. I am pleased they didn’t make it impossible to get free rewards..Version: 3.5
✓ Best customer service among all similar appsI’ve been using all food delivery apps for many years, cuz I don’t have a car. Snackpass always offers me the best experience of customer service. They almost always refund me in full amount if there is any problem with the food. And when I complained about a package issue in one of my orders, the next time I ordered from that restaurant I found out that the packaging issue was sorted out, meaning they indeed made their efforts to contact the restaurant to improve things..Version: 4.8

✓ Great with a few requestsWould love the option to put in an order for a specific time or to write up an order and it not get sent until 20min before I want to pick up. Would also love to keep looking at the menu even when stores are closed. Overall though, great!.Version: 3.5
✓ If you don’t have Snackpass I don’t get whyAfter downloading Snackpass and trying it for 2 weeks I deleted all my other food apps. Here’s why: 1. Has the restaurants I actually like to eat at 2. Talked to owner of one of my favorite spots - they don’t take crazy commission and actually help small businesses, unlike some of those other food apps 3. I can send my friends food as a birthday present or a just because present directly on the app - no more venmoing people $ 4. They have exclusive discounts 5. The cute little chicks you hatch with your friends & I like to see who my friends are sending points to 6. Good loyalty programs and student discounts.Version: 4.3

✓ No tipping?Love this app and it’s awesome because the street I work on is always busy for food so it’s awesome to be able to order ahead. ✓ THE app for college areas!!I am a student and snackpass has revolutionized “grab and go”. With the student discounts and reward system that is implemented in the app, it is a win win for all parties involved. The only downside to this app would be that now I don’t have an excuse to be late to my 9am lecture due to a long line during a morning coffee run because with snackpass i can SKIP. THE.
