✓ EhI really loved this game and spent a few hundred REAL dollars on the game. I got really lucky and won over 300billion coins and all was going well. Something changed around February and the game just stopped paying out. I was betting on average 45-50 million and steadily losing! I would bet a bit more during challenges to help get them done quicker but now I’m down to 66 billion and still steadily losing! I’m now down to 4 -5 million average bet and I’ll get brave and bet a little higher during challenges and hit here and there. Something changed in the payouts and has made the game very unenjoyable now. If it wasn’t for the fact that I started a club and worked hard to build it up and made some good friends. ✓ Fun but flawedPlay everyday and like the games. The problem is that the game shuts off several times as I play, usually during a bonus round. Getting to play a bonus is over half the fun, but very frustrating when the game suddenly shuts off. Getting the compensation tokens is nice, but not as fun as playing the bonus. Please fix the flaw. A few days later and the shut down glitch is even worse. Just about every bonus the game shuts off. One game of Treasure Hunters I got into the bonus with 15 free games. ✓ Disappointed w/ cust. srvI’ve played this game for over a year now and have spent at least $500+ on packages, bonuses, etc. I was having a great time and had absolutely no complaints until contacting customer service. Fireball frenzy was not working correctly, I contacted customer service, provided screenshots and they refused to accommodate me. I received extra spins which the game did not count. ✓ Long ads and no supportI had been playing for a while, but took a break over the summer. When I came back I had long ads after almost every screen transition. The 50-90 second ones. I asked customer service to revert them back to the in game purchasing ads that last 10 seconds, but they said it was advertisings’ decision. ✓ Waste of timeThis game is a joke. I began playing it because I currently use an app called inbox dollars to make money on the side as I am a single mom going to school and need all the extra money I can get. Inbox dollars was offering to pay $50 to those who played the game an were able to reach level 100 in 10 days. At first the game was going fairly well but once I reached level 60 for whatever reason it became almost impossible to make any big wins on any of the slots, it became hard to make any wins what so ever, draining my coins super fast and making it extremely hard to level up because your ability to level up is dependent on you placing bets on the machine. The higher the bet the faster you level up. What’s even more annoying is the fact that I wasn’t placing ridiculously high bets, I was keeping my bet amounts at a fairly comfortable amount so that my losses didn’t outweigh my wins and my coins didn’t get drained but as I said once I got to level sixty and beyond it didn’t matter what I did I could not keep my winnings/coin amount from completely disappearing. From what I read online I am not the only person who has experienced this problem. It’s completely bull and sounds to me that the game caters to those who spend money in it/on it.
