✓ Contacting Support was a complete bust!I sent a review and a month later I got a “developer response” telling me to contact support w/ my specific issues. Of course I had already done that and would have made a change to my review if anything positive would have happened. Not only did nothing positive happen but I was basically called a liar when I explained that there had been a technical issue that caused a massive loss of coins. It’s stunning that these games never rake responsibility for something technical happens to cause a problem but are more than willing to beg players to spend money.
