✓ Love it but have suggestionsI love everything about the app it’s useful I use it from time to time, the only thing I see as an issue as of right now is the fact that I can’t control the Netflix app from the app, Netflix usually have a notification that pops up asking are you still watching, when that pops up I cannot use the app to push yes to remove the notification. Still overall love the app just needs work on controlling other apps like Netflix..Version: 19.9.3
✓ PS4 second screen reviewIt’s very good easy to use, the only thing I wish would happen is allowing it to work on mobile data so if you’ve gone out and forget to put PS4 in rest mode you can do it remotely. ✓ You need to install the PSapp first!When I first tried this app on my iPhone7 I could not for the life of me figure out how to make it work. It would just sit on the loading screen and eventually time out and I never got anywhere with it until this time when I installed the PSapp and the Second Screen app at the same time. I opened the PSapp first and logged in and then clicked on the second screen function thru the app. Now this app works well and functions smooth on my iPhoneSE, it’s really more of a plug-in than it’s own app.Version: 18.3.8

✓ Works as Expected/Intended.Reading through some of the reviews for this app, and you are quickly reminded just how stupid some people are… This app does Exactly what it’s intended to be used for, with very little issues.. The app is not for streaming your consoles video output.. That’s what the “PS Remote Play” app is for! Yes your console must be on the same local network for this app to connect to it. Bluetooth just is not going to cut it. This app is intended to be a basic remote control, and to work as a companion for games that support the “Second Screen” feature: like displaying the in game map on your phone so you don’t have to keep opening it in game to see where you are. The game being played has to have this feature coded into it. This app can’t just magically make that happen. Maybe folks should make sure they are using the app for what its intended for before they start running their mouth in a review because their mad that the dog won’t meow!.Version: 21.6.0
✓ People are complaining too muchThis app has helped me when my controller stopped working to get to the menu and sort it out people are complaining because it's "edgy" and "cool" to attack PlayStation yeah it would be cool if you could use it as a second screen but that might be quite difficult perhaps change the name but still a good and useful app.Version: 18.3.8

✓ Apps are missing somethingPS apps are great but there’s one thing that’s missing that would not be difficult to add to one of the many apps they have. The one reason I wanted to download the app was so I could share a video I recorded while playing Rocket League the night before. We need an app for sharing our Media Library! ✓ All i want is to use my phone as a remote!This app is great, but for the simple use of acting as a remote when streaming video it is kinda overkill. I want to be able to watch video without having to turn my controller on/off every 5 minutes and realising the battery is critical whenever i go back to gaming! You need to improve quality of life issues before you try and break new ground, or else no matter how hard you try people will only remember the negatives! The app itself runs great, even on average adsl2+, and it is a good idea which will hopefully compete with google STADIA, but you gotta fix the little things!.Version: 18.9.6

✓ Stop ComplainingIt’s a separate app, not a separate paid app. They didn’t do this for money or any conspirical reason. They most likely did this to streamline the second screen feature into its own thing instead of having to open the “3 in 1” app. I, for one, would rather have this separate so I don’t have to wait for the main app to load. This goes for the Messages app as well: I hated having to wait to navigate the menu just to get to messages, messages should be its own thing. The bottom line is that this does what the main app used to, but without the menu navigation. If you don’t like it don’t download it, it’s not a big enough feature to care about this much. Although the complaints about it being slow or not conmecting should be looked into. Since they have gone and made into its own thing it should be working perfectly or at the least as well as it would on the main app..Version: 17.11.4

You connect it to your PlayStation and can control the ps menu with your phone and text messages controlled by your phone to text faster, and the 2nd screen though says it only works in “2nd screen supported games” which means that there aren’t many games that can use the 2nd screen. ✓ Good while it lastedGot this app a few months ago. It worked just fine, served its purpose. I just needed it to make responding in my community a lot easier. Suddenly this week it can no longer find my PS4 for some reason. Says “No PS4 Found” when it used to just automatically connect. I’ve tried rebooting my PS4, signing out of the app, deleting and reinstalling the app, updating my phone and the app itself. No change. Thank goodness there’s a separate community app! 4 stars because the app usually did as it was intended to do until recently. It made typing A LOT easier. I’ll really miss using it:/.Version: 18.6.3
