Every time I try to press play on the app on my phone , I get a message saying you need to update your app to connect to this PS4 system . This happened with all the iOS devices I tried , 3 phones and an iPad. I deleted the the app and downloaded again , still didn’t work . PS4 system is updated , iOS is updated , and I downloaded the app from the App Store several times. This really needs to be sorted if you’re going to take money off people. UPDATE: no response to my above complaint and the app support option only takes you to the Playstation website where there doesn’t some to be anything useful...when you eventually find the email option you get a message saying they’re currently not accepting emails. So I have this game that I paid for which is useless to me since you need the app which won’t open.
