✓ Good app but..I really like this app because you can use the filters without the social media. The only problem I have is sometimes you have to wait a while for new filters. I understand because premium let’s you have access to over 500+ filters. The reason I give this 3 stars is because when you want to take a selfie or picture with the “magic” filter, ( the first filter) you have to download a whole other app. I don’t want to have to download it. You used to be able to just take a picture but now you have to download the other app. It makes it so complicated now. But other than that, it’s a good app. 🙂.Version: 3.16
✓ Wow really want to get rich quick lolIt doesn’t say to pay but after 3 day trial the amount will be auto deducted. The amounts are ridiculous too. Definitely not at that cost. You also have to download another app to take photos with. Some of the other reviews say there are ads. Why would you have ads if you pay more than $40 AUD ??! What a joke. Bad business practices also. The App Store really needs to review prices too as well as the apps. It’s sad that your coding is going to waste because you want to charge an arm and a leg for an app. I keep seeing your ads to on social media so it’s costing you money and I’ve seen it 9 times even after I downloaded it. ✓ Really Good Fun but.....It’s really fun to play with but each day the filters get replaced by new ones which means if you wanna do a cool photo with a filter you have to do it today. Some times the old filters come back again and sometimes it can take a while. Another problem is some don’t fit on your face they just hover near your face and wiggle about. My friend tried a filter and it wouldn’t mould onto her face(not my face either) some of them work and some are terrible. ✓ BanubaI like the fact that you can use different filters. And I think that’s the only thing I like about the app. When I go onto the app, the filters aren’t there and my screen is unresponsive. I then go on again and when I try to take the selfie my screen freezes and then doesn’t take it properly. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS APP. It’s reliable except a 1) handful of the filters freeze the app when you open them 2) Tons of face filters but most I do t like. Would be nice to see more filters for women who want silly or fun filters but that accentuate their appearance (soften skin, infuse makeup) 3) no way to fav the filters you like for fast access so you wind up scrolling through 50+ from left to right to try and find your favorite ones 4) doesn’t show you which filters are new (if it does, it’s not very obvious. ✓ Please read....So I just saw this app and as I am one of those people whose parents do not allow them to have snapchat I thought this could be a great opportunity for me to be able to use these filters. However the thing that annoys me is that you cant cycle the filters or anything and you also have to pay something around £16 for all filters also I would recommend that you add more grown up filters similar to the snapchat ones as I am 12 years of age and I don’t find any filters suitable for me. ✓ Glitches & changesMy friend recommended this app to me and at first it was great. But I then realised that all of the filters change after 24 hours or less. The filters that they had when I first got the app were great, so why change them? It just really annoys me. I’ve had it for about 3 days already and all of the filters have changed about 7 times - every time they got worse. Now, there is this filter which is called ‘Hero’ and you basically play a mini game and find out what superhero you are, which is a great idea. Therefore I wanted to find out but when I go on that one or after, it glitches so the app closes itself which is really frustrating. ✓ Fix the celeb look alike....I don’t even know what to say about this add on 😂. It’s so bad. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this was one of the worst features I’ve seen. The alternative, to avoid paying, is hidden and not obvious. As you use the app, you are encouraged to watch ads (“videos”) encouraging children to download apps to result in “more friends and more followers”. Is this what our children should be encouraged to believe is ‘good’? Apps like this may well result in people finding more happiness, but like loot boxes in games (now understood to be a form of gambling that children should be protected from), I would encourage the regulators to take a look at the lack of transparency with these offerings and their influence on children..Version: 4.5

✓ Fun, But Needs ImprovementsThe filters and faces are great, but the app could use two major improvements: 1. Many of the video filters have loud and annoying music playing in the background wih NO option to turn off that music. This makes it very difficult to hear or understand the person talking who is using the filter. Please update the app to allow us a simple setting to “turn off” the background music (which I believe is something this app should have had to begin with.) 2. For those who have paid for the premium filters, the amount of filters we have to horozontally scroll through is crazy - more than 500 in one horizontal row with no logical order. So trying to find a filter or navigate to a filter is very frustrating. You have to endlessly swipe to try and find the filter you are looking for which is not ideal. Please update the app to have filter “categories” so certain filters can be more easily found, such as “Female”, “Males”, “Voice Changers”, etc - whatever makes sense from your choices. ✓ Read before you download …Not as good as filters on Snapchat , and I only wish the retouch your selfie features looked like they where shown in fact they make you look more like a chipmunk then anything. ✓ It’s a good app but...It’s a good app but... It’s a little to pricey in my opinion as a monthly thing since you can use Snapchats for free. But this does give a better selection to pick from then Snapchat does. And does have a nice small selection for free use. Only downside to the free use is that the advertisements pop up on your whole screen and they take a quite a bit of tapping to get rid of them. And they pop up a lot on your phone faster then most I’ve seen on other apps. I think smaller ads on the side of the screen would be better or just make a few ad pop ups every so often so it gives people a chance to take a few good selfies without stuff popping up on their screens constantly every 5 seconds. :/.Version: 2.3.1
