✓ Worst App EverFor a major player in EMHs, Cerner needs to do some major work on this app. It rarely works at all. Easier to use the web based version and waste the space and time on this app..Version: 3.5.0

✓ Locks upEver since the app changed I've had problems with it. It is so slow and licks up my phone. I have to uninstall and then re install it and most of the time that doesn't work the first time. ✓ It’s okSeems to be primarily a wrapper app for their webpage, which is ok. The mobile interface isn’t great really, but the website might be maintained by an entirely different team from the app, so it might be out of the app developers control. What I’d like to see is data sync between this app and Apple Health. I can connect MU HEALTHConnect to Apple Health without this app and see my data, but it does not sync/merge with data that I have collected or entered myself..Version: 102.0.10

✓ SLOW AND NO USEFUL AT ALL!!I got this app because I have a lot of doctors appointments to keep up with, but I might as well just write them all down and keep the dates on my calendar. This app is slow. It never updates with any of my information. Going through messages when I do finally get them is impossible. The messages never open and when they do, it’s a blank screen. And trying to delete messages you might as well forget about because it takes ages..Version: 102.1.8

✓ Constructive CriticismThe app is not user friendly nor intuitive. Make the three line icon bigger or change it entirely. I cannot answer the question for why to schedule an appointment. The Covid assessment tool is in the way to proceed through forms on the app sometimes. I’m unable to view all past appointments which makes it easier to schedule with a preferred past provider. Honestly, just hire someone who will also make it prettier. It does not look like it was made professionally. All the issues make me just want to call to schedule which offices wouldn’t prefer. Ideas: make it interface with Apple health and provider systems so they can access data about our health, make it so provider notes are on a database accessible by this app so we can show ourselves, future nurses and doctors our medical history more simply. These are just a few thoughts..Version: 102.1.8
✓ Winner! Worst App on the Internet!Nothing about this app works! My health records are 3 years old, and every single help, chat, virtual assistant or contact page I attempted got me an NN, error message, “having technical difficulties” or a security alert. Every. ✓ HorribleApp is horrible in this state. Can't even read the notes it's so small and can't zoom in and then after reading notes can't back out to main menu, have to close app and resign in. If you try to swipe or anything in notes the app freezes up. I would say I will be deleting the app and will try in the future..Version: 3.4.1

✓ Updates made app worseI used to love this app when it was Health-e. Since the powers that be have changed it to HEALTHConnect, I can no longer message my doctor or request prescription refills. Proof once again that there is absolutely nothing that a web designer or IT person can’t make worse..Version: 4.5.0
