For providers with a health system login, Amwell Touchpoint app provides the ability to:
• Launch secure, HIPAA-compliant video consultations using Amwell Connect
• Receive automated notifications when new cases are assigned
• Review case details and the patient’s medical history

The Amwell Touchpoint mobile app is a component of our comprehensive telehealth suite that enables:
• Video calling, including both simple SMS/email guest invites to patients at home as well as controlling video endpoints within the hospital.
• Coordination across multiple point-of-care locations and service lines with secure messaging and case workflow
• Automation of alerts and escalations
• Integration with EHR and IT systems to minimize disruptions to workflow

✗ DangerousUnfortunately the part of my day I dread the most today is not being able to contact or effectively communicate with the dr on call for my patient. Yesterday I selected one provider and Touchpoint contacted another. I have to log on two or three times, single sign on isn’t working... Please contact Hospitals who use your service and help before someone gets hurt and or they dump your app!.Idle brain cellsVersion: 20.08.0

✗ FailI got the text from my provider as expected. Clicked on the link to connect, I could see my provider and she could see me but my microphone was muted (had a line through it). I could click on the icon but it wouldn’t unmute. I tried to edit the settings in the app but it asked for a ‘community PIN’ to access, which I didn’t have. My iPhone microphone was not muted so it was in the app. Totally unusable. Provider called me to conduct visit..428parVersion: 20.03.0
