✓ The worst experience everI ordered two dresses from this app , everything about the quality is amazing I liked it so much but the second dress was not suitable for me so I wanted to return it, I filled a return form printed the return label and got the item ready for the shipping company to pick it up, but since the 29th of April I am waiting for them to pick it up, I have been calling them everyday and everyday they give me a time but they never come!! ✓ Not happy but fairMy experience with Vogacloset was lousy. However, my encounter with Esraa Daboubi, an employee at VogaCloset, was extremely pleasant. She is very kind and professional, she managed to contain my frustration with candour. Her dedication to where she works was refreshing. Vogacloset was done for me, I never wanted to deal with them again, but because of Esraa I reconsidered. You are lucky to have employees like her, such employees should go places. ✓ Never againI placed my first order using fast pay with Apple pay, after that I received and email to continue creating an account only to find after creating an account that I cannot track my order since I made it using Apple pay. The only way to track my order is to email them and wait at least one day for an update on my order. The order was delivered one week after the estimated delivery time even though your paying premium for the delivery. I am never going use this store ever again. ✓ Worst online items I’ve ever boughtFirst of all, their delivery takes time. Expect at least 8 days in SA. The clothes are not as pictured. Honestly, SHEIN has better quality of clothing for the same prices point. I now understand why fast fashion aren’t really worth it and are detrimental to the our environment and our pockets. If I’m looking for something cheap I would rather go to shein. Not worth it. One of my clothing item had black stain on it and the material just looks cheap like what you will get from stores like Top Ten in SA.
