✓ Concord siteI generally enjoy being able to order on your app, but it’s frustrating when the dishes are sometimes described differently in different places or when the customization choices don’t match the dish— eg quinoa with Salmon. ✓ Slowest Service ArounsWhile this may seem like a great time saver to order ahead of time and pick it up, it was not! I ordered an hour ahead of time to pickup at 12:10 and my one singular sandwich was not ready until 12:35. This was a waste of time to order online. People who came in to order in person after my scheduled pickup time still got their food before me. Would not recommend..Will802Version: 2.0.3

✓ Worked great once and then...First time I used the app it was perfect. Easy and my food was ready to grab and walk out, avoiding all lines and making it extremely quick and easy to order food if you don’t have a lot of time. Unfortunately something happened, the app now opens and takes forever to load and I can’t even get into the menu screen. I’ve actually not eaten at Bagel Works (more than once) because I’ve spent too much time trying to get the app to work.
