✓ UselessI installed this program but it won’t translate because it will not recognize my internet connection. I rebooted my phone, but that did not solve the problem, so the program is useless and a waste of time. I noticed on the second month and thought it was another security breach with my Amex. Amex statement does not list the name of the app just “iTunes” charge. I had similar fraudulent charges before and every time those were a result of a security breach. Replaced the card, hassle in itself, disputed the charges and now my Apple ID was disabled. Customer service at Apple was supposed to be open until 11 CST but, apparently, they changed it to 10 without notifying anyone.
