✓ App Works PerfectlyThe app works just fine. The setup went perfectly at every step including the speaker getting a firmware update in the process. I was shocked at the number of bad reviews. I ran the app setup on an iPhone X with iOS 13.3 as well as an iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4. Every function in the app works fine including grouping speakers. Also the range is as good as my long range headphones and I’ve gotten hours of use with a group of speakers and not one glitch. Maybe it’s people with low performance or cheap hardware phones. ✓ NEED TO READ THIS IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUESI just ordered a megablast on a third party site and had trouble connecting it to the app and therefore WiFi. Realized the speaker was running 1.6 something which is like the update in 2017. YOU NEED TO UPDATE THE SPEAKER VIA COMPUTER BEFORE CONNECTING TO THE APP. I don’t have the link, but it is in the FAQS for this app online. Update it via usb through your computer and it should have no problem after. Would give it 5 stars, but this is a hindrance to others as it seems. Hope I saved ya some frustration.Version: 2.0.8.170

✓ MEGABLAST sounds amazing.Been using the beta download through logitech website link for connecting multiple MEGABLAST speakers. Works and sounds flawlessly, but sometimes drops the signal. Its a beta so its to be expected. EQ works amazing just don’t crank the bass too much and its perfect. Best BT speaker I’ve ever owned. Bose soundlink iii has got nothing on this speaker and I’m an audiophile and this speaker is pretty good for a portable speaker 5/5 stars on this one. ✓ Not sure what the fuss is aboutJust got my Megablast today, took all of a few minutes to setup and update then I was listening to music from Alexa over WiFi. So far not seeing of the issues everyone else is, I’ll come back and update if it goes south. App is easy to use with the right about of features and settings. I like that I can quickly control volume from the app when the device is on the other side of the patio or pool..Version: 2.0.8.170
✓ Works greatPicked up the UE MegaBoom 3. It’s mint. App works mint. I can turn this speaker on from 50’ feet away using the app on my phone. Has mint Bluetooth reception at fairly long distances. Works from my patio with my phone in my pocket anywhere in my yard up to my farthest fence about 100’ feet away from the speaker. Has never crashed but like everything could always use improvements..Version: 2.0.8.170

✓ Excellent AppNew Review 4/5 Got a sensible reply to my simple enquiry second time, so upped the rating. So still like app, speaker itself wonderful of course. actually didn’t know it was Logitech. They have always made great stuff in my experience. New Review: 3/5 ===== Had a simple enquiry to Customer support via the App’s Help pages and got such a woeful response I have brought my rating down to 3/5 now. It was one of those responses where they see a word in your enquiry and then guess a common question: Then reply with the “I understand you are asking...”. That wording is always the prelude to a non or wrong answer. I think customer support is an important component of an app, and so my review score has been moderated accordingly. Previous review: 5/5 ===== Works perfectly for me, I guess some people are having bugs. -setup was easiest of any non-apple device I’ve bought. -the do NOT require you to sign up for an account just to use the device, like some rival companies do. -really simple functionality in there, I can’t think what else you’d want. Set up for my existing WiFi and Alexa took about 5 seconds. -love the simple graphic equaliser. I so much prefer this to the various sound colours other product-apps offer..Version: 2.0.5.155

✓ It won’t update the speakerSo when I open the app I put in the WiFi password then it was searching for a update for the speaker and it found an update just it wouldn’t download and it won’t let me get any further in to the app to set up Alexa or anything if this gets fixed i will rate the app higher.Version: 2.0.8.170
