✓ Lots of glitchesGenerally it’s a good app. Informative and whatnot. But there are a lot of oils listed that have little or no description, a lot of things in the usage guide give you no info at all that could actually be helpful. Also there are just lots of technical glitches with any word that is meant to have an apostrophe. They’re all just symbols.Version: 1.1

✓ If I could give this 0 stars I wouldI spent $7 on this app a few years ago and yes did the app have some glitches, 100%, but it was still usable. Today I finally updated the app to see if they resolved the glitches. Come to find out you have to now upgrade to a premium version to get any information. They removed a whole bunch of usage guide options that the old version used to have. This app used be decent, now it has become a complete waste of money. I find it ridiculous to spend money to get the app in the first place and 4 years later you need to spend $5 a month or $40 a year to access information..Version: 2.2.0

✓ Cuts texts offI downloaded this app thinking it was the one I should get for an all around reference and I was excited about it but when looking at some of the directions for somethings like the cooking recipes, it cuts out almost all of the directions so you don’t know how to make that lavender pound cake with lemon glaze or the the blueberry cardamom scones. ✓ I’m not sure it was worth the $7I wanted to look up some oils that I had (and couldn’t find my actual book). My friend told me about this app and it sounded good. When I looked up PanAway, it wasn’t there, but when I logged in to the Young Living site, there it was. Every time I open up “Stress” and “Oils”, the app shuts down. ✓ Repetitive text and hard to contactI downloaded this app to supplement a couple other apps and the Desk Reference I have. The pictures are very nice. However the text is directly quoted from the desk reference book. In addition, I’m finding increasing numbers of passages that are repeats, as if “copy-paste” was ongoing without being monitored. I tried to contact support and finally gave up being able to access the vendor through the app description or directly through a browser to their website. The same page appeared each time that was unresponsive. There should be information in the app description that alerts readers to the association between the app and the Desk Reference so that customers can knowingly choose whether to get the mobile version of a book they might already have or not. Disappointing..Version: 1.1
