✓ It's disappointingIt's really boring there isn't much to do and I'm a hardcore Hamilton fan.Version: 2.4.2
✓ No notification for winningI have entered the lottery for months, but when I won I had no notification of the result. I happened to open the app later in the day and saw I had won but didn’t claim the tickets within the 5 hours (maybe?) I had to claim them. I had opened it after 11 and saw that entry for the a matinee was still active from the day before, but only said “You have entered” and when I checked later in the afternoon it said “out of time.” No text. No email. So disappointing..Version: 2.6.1
✓ Unapologetic privacy grabStatus as of last week: there was a ticket lottery. Enter for free. Use an app like Ham to do it repeatedly. Status as of today: you need to download and endure this official app, and register an account to enter the lottery. I suspect they've been to the Electronic Arts school of app making — coming next version: advertise to five of your Facebook friends to see the first five minutes of Hamilton for free! Then see each next minute for only 79p a time!.Version: 1.2

✓ Not workingFor the last 2 weeks Hamilton app hasn’t been working. I’m kinda bummed because I’ve done everything on my end to get it working. Uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, current updates, etc. there is no way to report this problem. Would really appreciate some help on this matter because I really do enjoy the app. Update: app seems to work on other people’s phones just my account in particular doesn’t work. ✓ Lottery notificationsI tried to find a place I could contact someone to ask my question, but couldn’t so I’ll write a review. The first day I signed up and entered for my location, I received notification on the app under the Lottery heading that I didn’t win. But my next to lottery entries I got nothing. I thought I was supposed to be getting an email and a notification on the app? How am I supposed to know if I won or not? ✓ I’m on the fenceThis app is great for the lottery and everything, but the stickers and cam filters are getting ridiculous. When I saw the update I was so exited when it said more filters and stickers. Instead it removed my favorite filter and got rid of some of my favorite stickers. I mean it’s a great app but really for the variety of the stickers and cam filters it’s kinda ridiculous and not really worth it..Version: 1.4

✓ Currently unusableMy problem is exactly the same as all of the other most recent reviews. The app crashes instantly upon attempt to open and all of the usual steps to fix an app do not work. I have an iPhone 11 Pro with iOS 16.1.1. ✓ Can't get my lottery winsI have won tix many times recently. I never received an email. My profile is correct. Then I discovered the in-app way to see if I won. Have used that for 3 entry periods in a row, always told Imdid not win. When I go to enter for more shows, I see at the bottom that I lost tickets. This happened today for shows I checked yesterday shortly after the noon drawing. I was told I did not win, and now it says I lost the tickets. I could cry.Version: 4.11.0
✓ Notifications are uselessI downloaded this app for the lottery. I’ve turned notifications on, and receive them when a new lottery begins. One would assume that I’d also be notified via app notification if you actually win, especially since claiming the tickets is time sensitive. I didn’t receive any app notification, and saw the email too late ( only have a few hours to claim ). I want to suggest adding notifications for lottery winners, or when a lottery draw is about to occur so that users are promoted to check their results timely..Version: 5.3.3

✓ He trivia doesn’t work without email addressI would have rated this a lot higher how ever, I can’t do the trivia unless I sign in. When you sign in it calls for your email address, I don’t have an email address. And I don’t know my moms. Which disappointed me because the trivia was one of the things I was looking forward to the most..Version: 2.6.1
