✓ I feel like I’m wasting moneyDon’t get me wrong, this game is awesome, it’s just there is a problem with me getting in the game after purchasing an episode, I feel like I’m wasting money here, it’s saying I have to purchase it, but I literally confirmed it was purchased, I don’t wanna accidentally spend a lot of money cause of this error, fix please, or I need a refund.Version: 1.10

✓ Amazing! But...This game is amazing and the story is great too! The quick time events make you FEEL like Batman! Although I’ve run into a very large problem, I bought the season pass so that I could get all the episodes without buying them individually and also to save $5, I downloaded and installed the 2nd episode and played it with no problem, but when I went to download and install the 3rd episode when all of the sudden it acting like I payed for nothing! ✓ Be carefulThis could be fun. I really enjoyed the first game and was excited for this. I purchased the season pass immediately but could only download the first chapter. All other chapters say “purchased, coming soon “. An internet search shows this was a bug on the disc version of the game but not the iOS version. So I have sent four emails to support over the course of 3 weeks, and have heard nothing. This was a complete waste of 15 dollars that I am going to try to get back. ✓ Good at first BUT THEN ......Ok first of all I’m a huge Batman fan. The fact that the game gives you a chance to pick the actions of Gotham’s hero is extremely cool. Gives you a chance to make decisions that’ll give both Bruce and Batman a devious reputation or a chance to live up to the reputation. ✓ Good game but needs prompt attention by developersThis is a good game series with a lot of action and interactivity to keep a person engaged. However, I have already purchased the multipack of episodes 2-5 and am unable to play them or even restore the purchase. This is also the case with Batman: TellTale Series. This is something that needs to be revised and fixed by the developers as many people are finding that they are having the same issue. For someone who is a huge fan of the series, it has become quite frustrating to not be able to have proper access, especially when money has been put into the app to unlock it..Version: 1.10

✓ Not happy with extra episodesThe episodes after you purchase them are extremely hard to download, I got a brand new iPhone and 5g and I can’t seem to download all 4 extra episodes without the game resetting the purchases. The only way to fix the reset is to reinstall the game and retry all the episodes again. ✓ Amazing Game; But Major FlawI love this game. I really do this review would be 5 stars and i’d be done here but there’s one major problem. I had uninstalled the game because it was taking up a lot of storage. I had made sure to get a TellTale account so that (so I thought) all of my chapters and save files would be saved in the cloud. Boy was I wrong. I re-downloaded the game a couple days back, signed back into my account and what do i find? It’s asking me to buy the season pack again to play episodes 2-5!! I have already bought these seasons back when they were still in pre-order and on my app store it shows this too. Like any sequel, Batman’s companions have psychological and physical problems, off springing from the previous series. They somehow allude that Alfred is dying but completely undermines Batman by befriending him with John Doe. Bruce Wayne is also particularly tender towards certain people, although many renditions delineate Batman as a dark warrior..Version: 1.7

✓ Doesn’t fit iPad screenIf you are making multi-platform games, then you should be targeting the screen sizes known to be used on those platforms. Sure Telltale’s first games were ports never intended for 4:3 screens, but at this point there is no excuse. Just to reiterate after the developer response. This game was created to only fit 16:9 screens despite Telltale knowing full well that it would be released on a plethora of platforms including mobile. Mobile phone manufacturers are not only pushing out a bunch of high end 18:9 screens but also have plenty of devices that use 4:3 screens. Not targeting these highly popular screen sizes shows a lack of polish to the game, and a lazy dev team that use an outdated and unwieldy engine. Why in the world should anyone pay the high price asked for this games when it doesn’t fit properly on their screen? Please stop releasing lazy ports and start developing properly for the whole range of devices you plan to sell your wares on..Version: 1.5

✓ Can’t DownloadThe store page says that you only need 2 Gigs of space to download. I have 4 Gigs left, and it STILL will not Install. The most annoying part is that after it says it is unable to install, it deletes EVERY file it downloaded, forcing you to re-download the ENTIRE thing. Which I am unable to play because it’s apparently over 4 Gigs, twice the advertised size. (EDIT) I was able to download the game after freeing up 6, yes, 6 Gigs. ✓ Great Game, Terrible DLC ManagementFirstly the game itself is great. Controls are decent enough on mobile although sometimes it doesn’t quite detect a swipe or press first time. The story is very well written and entertaining and you really feel like Batman/Bruce Wayne as you get into it. Unfortunately, it’s let down by the terrible DLC management. You get the first episode for free and can then buy the rest for £15 which seemed very reasonable. However, when you make the purchase through the App Store, the purchased episodes refuse to show inside the game. The only solution I’ve found is to uninstall the game completely, reinstall and then “reload purchased content”. This is easier than it sounds given it takes about 30 mins to download the initial game and then you’re forced to leave the download screen open for another 30 mins while it downloads a new episode. If you close the screen or the screen lock kicks in it pauses it... So you can forget downloading all the episodes at once or leaving them to download in the background. That’s assuming you can actually trick it into recognising your purchase at all. I would expect this from an amateur “free to play” individual but not from Telltale Games. Who there thought this was an acceptable way of rewarding players who’ve paid them for extra content? Please sort it out (although reading the internet it’s something that’s plagued this game on many platforms for a few years now)..Version: 1.10
