✓ Billing crashes the appI cannot view my billing through the app. The convenience of having a quick way to view bills and pay is totally negated due to the issues..Version: 1.8
✓ Please have an IT professional look at this appI’ve always had issues using this app. It’s always rerouting and I’ve had to change my password numerous times. I was a tech support agent and don’t have issues with passwords. Now every time I tap Face ID the app crashes. Please make app better..Version: 1.9

Payments are redirected to the website, payment records are showing incorrectly, won’t show you your bills, and it will not show account credits at all. Worthless app, not even sure why it’s in an app to begin with, the website barely works properly..Version: 1.10
✓ Can’t pay from appAt first the app would reroute to the pmt site to make pmts... had to put in username/password again which was inconvenient... also didn’t make sense because my pmt info was saved in the app itself but it was doable ...but these last few months when I go to “pay bill” the app completely shuts me out ... doesn’t reroute to the pmt site nor give any other options. Just takes me completely out of the app !! This definitely needs to be fixed or what’s the real point of having an app !?!.Version: 1.8

✓ UnfriendlyVery unfriendly very demanding everything is stated mandatory duh also billing and address would be more friendly if it just asked is same as mailing address and not have to punch address stat city zip code all over again usually I use drop box to avoid using app I don’t know why I wrote this but I did next time I’ll probably just call to again avoid app this is why I don’t know why I wrote this yet another unfriendly part all nick names seem to be taken could it be because I gave you a one star rating.Version: 1.10
