Notification badge won’t go away?Maybe I’m missing something but I got a badge that I got a notification and there’s no alert inside the app to figure out why and to make it go away. Pretty annoying so I had to disable that notification..Version: 3.0

Can not save statementIt has now been months since I can not download and save statements. Every month I request the statement via email. Neither the web, neither the app let me download the bill to save it..Version: 2.4

Please allow “paste” in password fieldsWhy do you not allow me to paste my password into the password field? My password is complicated and stored in a vault. By not letting me “paste” I have to jump back and forth between apps to painfully type in a 10 digit, multi-character password. Please change this..Version: 1.4

Santee Cooper terrible account servicesWell. I was on auto pay and liked it for a while until they told me to update info which I did. Then all of a sudden it didn’t auto pay for three months. I was charged late fees. Then I updated the info again and the same thing happened until I paid a few months again. I am not happy with Santee Cooper. Not good service to customers. You will just take and take and not pay attention to helping the customer when you see that something is up with the auto pay. But hey. I am just another body in your business world and I can see that I am just a number with Santee Cooper. Nothing good to say about that. Terrible customer care on SAntee Cooper’s part. I didn’t even receive a call from you to help fix it. Like I said. I am just a number. This shows how the company has lost its relationship with customers but they don’t care. Big Corporations like this — all about lining their pockets. What a shame..Version: 2.1

Frustrating to sign upI tried signing In With My Account Number & It’s Constantly Saying I Need A 10 Digit Account Number And My Account Has Only 8 Numbers 🤷🏽‍♀️ So I Had To Call In And Make Payment.Version: 1.4

Will not openThis app has not opened for me in over a month showing and error message that states, “We apologize for the inconvenience but the Service is currently unavailable, please try again later.” I have the most updated version. When it did open, it constantly had a pop-up about an “easier experience” that reappeared every time I changed to a different page. I couldn’t make it stop, and it was obnoxious when I was trying to handle my bill. Terrible, you’re better off dealing with the website..Version: 2.1

Says no ResultsI have been trying to download this App for 2 months and it keeps saying no results. I’ve paid all my bills on time but when I sign into my account it says I didn’t pay my bill but when I look in History it shows it’s paid. Worst company ever when it comes to customer service and this App..Version: 2.1

Frustrating appHow simple should it be, sign in... pay your bill? Experience is quite different, I give up! 1 - Trying to sign in with existing Santee account. Nope, strange messages about up about a random number out of 99 failed login attempts allowed. Disable thumbprint no difference 2 - Sign up with new account, still cannot login to app even after clicking activate account from validation email received 3 - Finally login through web 1st time and it’s okay, now the app finally let me in. Okay, should have been here 20 minutes ago but whatever 4 - With sign in working now, let’s setup thumbprint... back to weird number out of weird number failed login attempts but login without thumbprint okay. Another 5 minutes at this back and forth with thumbprint failures, password ok, then account locked *ugh* Next months experience, v1.1 has been released since initial review. Great, the same issues as above and slower than just doing on computer, I want this to be click paid but it’s a total pita. Thumbprint still doesn’t work, wanted to see payment method setup, password again. Want to make a payment, you need the credit card code again..Version: 1.1
