Expiration date needs fixedI cant put the expiration date information from my card when trying to pay. Please fix..Version: 1.10

Wont store informationEvery time I go to pay my bill I have to keep entering my information even if I check the box remember for next time. It is very frustrating..Version: 1.10

BugsEvery margin does not allow you to type so it keeps you from adding your debit card which in turn stalls the payment in general trying to be made..Version: 1.10

Why?A very bad step for the company, it now just got significantly harder to pay my bill. Useless process and extra steps. Technology is supposed to make this easier. Can’t use your iPad on Safari, so you are forced to use this awful app. Now my two accounts need separate passwords instead of being on one account. Not sure why the change was made, seeing absolutely no benefit..Version: 1.4

If I could give zero stars I wouldAbsolute zero functionality. Forced to update and download new app, lost all functionality. Re-registered as they requested (while on the phone with their tech support). They can see that I requested it but have zero clue as to why it won’t function (even after several calls and trying several times each call). Why can’t they leave it the way it was... I figure the nephew of one of the big whigs at peoples needed a job to get out of his parents basement and with zero training or education on creating an app... and he got as far as a creating a thumbnail for your screen and curled up in a ball in his peanut butter fort... 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ just sayin..Version: 1.7

Hate this!!!Completely locked out of my account ever since this upgrade !!! Wish it would have just stayed the same. Horrible customer service. I was supposed to get a phone call regarding my problem over a week ago!! Haven’t heard from anyone. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. VERY INCONVENIENT NOW!!! App Terribly BrokenIf you want to view your bill, this app will allow you to do so. If you want to save your bill, don’t plan on using this or the website for that purpose. I need a record for tax purposes and need to keep a copy, but People’s doesn’t provide a method of doing so on mobile platforms. If you try to use the share sheet to save a copy, it opens a slip on the iPhone with no save button (or cancel requiring to force quit to do anything else). On iPad, the app crashes. I’ve, also, tried to use the print option, then save to files with the exact same result. Never seen this on any other app. On the website, the view bill option doesn’t work at all. Finally, I’ve tried using the Wallet app. The bill available there is usually one billing cycle behind. Contacted their support, and they asked whether I had tried the website. Responded as I had in my original email that I had and indicated the problem. No response from them. Emailed 1-2 other times to check status or guidance. No response. I hope their gas delivery to my home is more reliable and safe! Have your contractor test the app and fix the problems please!.Version: 1.10

APP is TerribleCan you please work on making your payment app not so terrible? Says I have a letter that won’t load had to enter my card info 20 times before it took. You charge enough get a modern app that actually works. Thank you!.Version: 1.11

UnbelievableI felt forced to download this app when I was unable to pay my bill on the new site, using Safari. Unfortunately, the app does not work either. It appears that the only way to pay my bill is by calling customer service. Wow! Terrible!.Version: 1.5

AwfulThis app is awful and takes 20 minutes to do anything. Considering nothing saves and it takes forever to just add a payment method and half the time adding it doesn’t work. Not user friendly at all.Version: 1.10

Easy payment process, except…Would be a simple five star app but the icons move all around on their own and just when you think they’ve loaded and you go to tap one, it changes to something else and you end up somewhere you don’t want to be. Why not just add a big “pay now” option atop the icons page when that’s probably what 99% of the users want when they open the app? The ONLY time I have ever used any of the other icons was by accident because they jump around so much..Version: 1.10

FrustratingI can’t figure out how to remove banking info that was put in wrong so I had to use credit card with a fee because the only thing showing are last numbers which are correct.Version: 1.10

What’s my amount!!I haven’t worked this hard on a math problem to figure out what my bill payment is...complete mess...make a payment and instead of having the amount to pay, you have to look at the bill....Version: 1.10

ConfusingI do not like that on the main screen all the icons jump around after you go into one and get back out. Either let customer put them in the order they want or fix them so they don’t move. I kept hitting the wrong icon because they were always moving. Hard to find things. Like list of payments made. When I open a utility app I want to see if I paid it for the month. I don’t want to spend 10 mins trying to find if I paid and when. The “Please Pay” amount stays the same whether you paid already or not. I just realized I made two payments last month and this month. Other apps say ‘No amount is due. You paid $** ‘ on the date paid. Very confusing..Version: 1.10

Just okayFunctional but has some weird bugs that make it annoying to use. In the Home Screen the icons for different options are always shuffled around. Whenever you click one and then go back, they move around for a few seconds into new positions. Very odd and makes it easy to miss click on the wrong icon..Version: 1.10

Terrible digital experienceI downloaded the app because for over a week I could not log on to the web page to pay my bill. The app is a terrible experience. The fields to enter information are not responsive and the functionality to move between different fields to enter information is basically non existent. Seriously, it’s almost 2020 - if you’re going to have an app, it needs to function 100%. Especially for basic things like bill pay. Hire an expert developer and stop using the intern who “built an app once....” this is a broken experience and it needs to be fixed..Version: 1.4

Payment doesn’t workWhen I went to pay my bill on the app, it said I paid it already. Couldn’t find payment history in the app, so I went to the website instead and paid my bill there..Version: 1.4

Difficult to useThis app is not user friendly. The mandatory sections are very hard to use. I’m fairly tech savvy but this is a headache to use. If customer service was decent I’d try calling for a live person…not an option basically they’re worse..Version: 1.10

Poor CommunicationI am on paperless billing. I get notifications for payments due via text messages and emails. A recent problem in People’s system caused an issue with my payments being processed at my bank. I was not notified via text or email even though 2 consecutive payments were not processed. People’s did send a notification in the app, which I do not use since payment notifications were sent via text and email. That is why I gave them one star and not zero stars..Version: 1.10

Getting there..The new app from the old one is 20 times better. However, with the new update (recently)when your adding in your card information to pay your bill, it won’t let you add in the expiration date of your card. So now I’m forced to make a payment online or calling in. What’s the point of the app if I can’t make the payment?.Version: 1.5

Beautiful but flawedWanted to pay the bill since the new website is not Safari friendly anymore. Attempted three times and each time the app deleted my CC details. With all the work you put into the design please correct the functionality. A plus would be Apple Pay. :).Version: 1.4

Worst app ever, deserves much lower ratingsThis is the most terrible, non-user-friendly software I have ever used. Not to mention half of the time it doesn’t even work. Forget adding a new payment, setting up autopay, or doing any of the things this app claims it can do, because it’s absolute garbage. Glitchy dumpster fire representing a trash company who is sucking the life out of this city and the planet. Don’t support this company.Version: 1.10

Worst App I’ve Ever UsedThis app is horrendous. It is slow, confusing, and is missing MANY features that the online mobile website offers. It REFUSES to save my payment method or connect to my Apple Wallet so I have to enter my credit card info EVERY single time I pay the bill. It doesn’t even allow you to schedule a payment for a later date! It’s a massive waste of your time. Avoid this app like the plague it is, simply use the mobile website, it is far superior. I hope some year People’s Gas will get around to making this app usable. For now, it’s a nightmare. If I could rate it ZERO stars I would..Version: 1.9

App is awful and never worksThis app never functions. It never says my password works, even though it is a saved password. I type my password in manually and it never works. Because of this I have reset my password countless times and still never works. Because the app doesn’t work, I have to call in and make my payment and of course that’s a $1.95 in “convenience fee.” Fix your app! It’s only been down for a year or more!.Version: 1.10

Useless AppI have never had more problems with an app than I do this one. It always crashes, locks me out of my account, or won’t process my payment correctly. Serious bugs and honestly a waste of time. You’re better off just calling customer support to pay your bill..Version: 1.10

Improved? More like got ran over by a semiIt would be nice if Peoples would let you log in with your old password, or send you a new one. I haven’t been able to login to pay my bill, I don’t get paper billing, my emailed bill doesn’t have my account number, and I keep getting hung up on when I call for assistance. This Service is Currently UnavailableBeen trying to pay my bill for 24 hours and keep getting a pop-up that says “This service is currently unavailable.” Feels like an intentional outage so People’s can charge people late fees since there’s no way to go online to pay your bill. I’ve never been late on my bill even once but I’m out of town and now the app has just been turned off for over a day..Version: 1.10

People’s Gas is in the Stone AgeI get snail mail and email bills. Why why why. Why can’t get I simply get a level year round budget billing? Payments are easy… hy make it so hard. The password often does not work, the web site has issues as well..Version: 1.10

Entering card infoPutting in your credit card info is almost impossible on your phone app with a PNC card, since it has the credit card number on the back of the card. The app doesn’t let you put in a expiration date when you do a one time payment so you have to use their scan option which doesn’t work for PNC then go to manually input from that screen, but you have to enter your information two times doing that process cause it never keeps it the first time been this way for months now..Version: 1.11

Horrible appHorrible! I would give no stars if I could. My payment was returned with NO notification. I have never had a payment returned in my life. When I called they said the account # was entered wrong. You should not be prompted to proceed if info is incorrect. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Waste For a utility co. Back to old school ways of sending a check or calling. Get with it Peoples.Version: 1.8

Had to delete and reinstall the appWas unable to login in the app to pay my bill for months so I had to pay my bill online. Finally decided to delete the app and reinstall it, and now I can at least login.....Version: 1.10
