✓ Worst upgrade to a website everThis website only allows you to enter or recover your password if you know a 12 digit account #. Since I’ve been paying online for over a year, I don’t know my account # and don’t want to wait forever for a customer service rep..Version: 1.4
✓ Crashes no matter what on submitRestarted, re installed the app, but as soon as I updated to the latest app on my i6s it crashed no matter what on submit payment screen.....Version: 1.10
✓ Payment date unchangeable.Want to pay my bill, but want to change the date it is deducted from my acct.. unlike paying online, there is no way to change the date the $ is deducted from my account. I don’t mean that I want to pay my bill late, I mean that if today is Jan 8, and my bill is due on Jan 28th. If I want to pay my bill on Jan 20th (8 days early) there is no way to do that..Version: 1.4
