Great appI love using this app. The fingerprint log in is so easy and never messes up and I can get any info I need and make payments with ease, check my day to day usage and even find out about planned and unplanned outages..Version: 5.15

Very user friendlyIt’s a little confusing if you are customer with more than one account. I’m a solar customer with a gas account as well. It just takes a little getting used to when switching between accounts by pressing the top banner. Other than that, it’s soooooo nice to use. It gives the relevant information quickly and lets you pay your bill very easily, too. Face ID to unlock is really handy. The outage map is really easy to use. Comparing my usage to previous months is really handy. Job well done SDG&E..Version: 4.1

Going to get it right!I am still trying to figure out how to do something that should be easy but I’m not sure if I am the problem, but I usually am. The first thing I wanted to do failed but patience and determination has paid off. The app is very useful and once I figured out things easy to use. Thanks.Version: 4.3

No wind- no powerThey are so worried about our safety, that even though the wind has not moved in 8 hours, they keep the power off, Food rotting everywhere! Try to call. No one answers! Rate the app, they won’t let you! They avoid customers!.Version: 4.3

Worst programming ever!!!This application is in need of an update already. Just downloaded this app and from the start isn’t allowing me to sign in to my account. I’ve been locked out and told to reset my account. I reset my password, and log in on the internet site with no problem. Then return to this poorly written app, resign in with known credentials it just had me reset and then tells me your account is locked and a password reset must be performed. So much for easy. This wasted so much time and it’s suppose to be easier... give me a break. Don’t waste your time with their app, just use safari or web browser. This app is a joke..Version: 1.0

Where did the online chat go?Online chat? They used to have that as an option when you had questions. And now it’s gone. Why? Bring it back’ it was helpful when you had a quick question and didn’t want to wait on hold to speak to an actual person.....Version: 4.3

AwesomeI am a procrastinator with a capital P...when I lived in LA County I would have my electricity turned off about twice a year for nonpayment...since I’ve moved to SD County and downloaded the SDG&E app my life has become amazingly less stressful...just today I finished my jog and it dawned on me a payment might be due so I stop on the sidewalk and literally within 30 seconds made the payment due on the app...AWESOME stuff!!!.Version: 4.3

Session expiredWhen ever I try to log in I now get a session expired error and boots me back to the login page from the phone authentication page And I’m stuck on this loop. Started a few weeks back though it was just a fluke app is down but nope I can’t see my account and can’t pay it and don’t want to be late.Version: 5.26

ImprovementAt first I gave this a 1 star. They came back and hit me with a huge improvement way better than before god for the updates and work you put in. Thank you for fixing the issues.Version: 4.3

Poor beginningWill not recognize user name and password and then when you fill out forgot pw it just sends you an email for link to get this app which doesn’t do a darn thing.Version: 5.0

Good app but can be improvedPros: This app makes it quick and easy to make payments and see Bill history, for the most part... Con: Some of the linked functions take me outside the app and prompt me to log into their mobile website. Example, under “see statement activity” this happened to me. Not really a great user experience when you are already logged into the app, especially if you happen to not have the web login in your phone’s password manager (even though it’s the same log-in, oddly on my phone the passwords for app and website are managed separately.) Still, it’s a useful app and a big improvement over the earlier version..Version: 4.3

Great App, Needs iPad VersionEasy to navigate and quite handy for checking current bill status, paying bills, and managing multiple accounts. Small screen (running mobile app on iPad) is annoying,however..Version: 5.9

Easy bill pay!Checking usage and paying the bill is easy, however the autopay never takes the money out on the day assigned so I usually end up manually submitting the payment, but that is only a few buttons if you save your payment method so no big deal!.Version: 4.3

Vastly huge improvementCan’t believe what a giant improvement over the prev version this is. Everything that was in the old app is still there, just better, faster, more accurate and more intuitive. Good look too. Finally gave this project to a real app developer rather than the allowing it to continue as a high school student’s project..Version: 1.0

Can’t save bank infoI tried adding my bank information before and after the recent update for this app. It does not work and you cannot advance to the next screen. Super frustrating and the phone system is not any better. All the money SDG&E has and they cannot get an app that’s efficient. 👎🏼.Version: 4.1

Much ImprovedMuch improved compared to the previous app and friendlier to the end user. Only thing missing is adding the 100% baseline allowance, 130% Tier 1 usage allowance, & natural gas baseline allowance in the app for the present billing period. By doing so, this would help me stay under 400% of electric baseline allowance and keep the C.A.R.E. discount. Add the baseline allowance to the app I'll give it 5 stars..Version: 5.3

Great For Quick Account InfoOverall the app is easy to navigate and gives access to most important data about your account and usage. I’d like to see a little more detail in the usage graphs (be able to see usage by day or even by hour per day, etc). The Home Screen of the app used to show what time based usage tier you were currently in and what the usage tier schedule was for the day. Somewhere between v4.3 and current this information disappeared from the app. Would really like to see that panel added back to the Home Screen. Made interpreting the usage tiers WAY easier..Version: 5.1
