✓ EnstarSo first, they completely close everyones account and make them sign up again. Then the new app and billing system on the app and on their website doesn’t work from mobile phones. Then when you request help, they ask you the most ridiculous questions (I.E. did you check the box agreeing to the terms?) wasting days of time because it takes them at least two days to respond. Congratulations Enstar, you have officially found a way to make your customers dislike your company more. Moreover, you tried making your whole system brand spanking new and you managed to put it back in the dark ages of mobile technology..InserianVersion: 1.2

✓ TerribleI have yet to be able to make a payment through the app or the website since the app first came out. I have to use a desktop and I don’t always have access to one🙄I figured after the first time it happened it would be fixed before I needed to come back the next month. You’ve made all of us sign up for this new “system” and it doesn’t even work, for months at that. Test your junk before you put it on the App Store or at least address it in timely manner. If we have to make these payments you should be required to keep a running and working website at least, especially when your previous website was working FFS. ✓ Worst bill pay app ever!A high school kid in a beginners computer lit class could program a better app. No matter what you do you can’t pay your bill through the app. It looks like you can, but you actually can’t. It just flat out doesn’t work. Even if it did work the interface is horrible. It’s not user friendly at all, and looks like it’s 15 or 20 years old, very outdated. Shame on Enstar for trying to pass this on to it’s “valued” customers. Oh and the mobile website doesn’t work either, neither does the Android app. You can’t pay your bill there as well. ✓ Cannot make payment on phoneRegistered yet again to be able to access my account online with Enstar. New website will not allow me to make a payment online, but keeps pushing me to download their app. Finally decided to download app and when you go to make a payment (iPhone 11 - current iOS) - it pulls up a BLANK page, with ACI Payments.
