Can’t add CC infoMultiple attempts to enter credit card information FAILED. the ability to use camera for capture of information failed. I entered name and credit card number but was unable to move to the next field to enter expiration date..Version: 1.2

Have deleted the appAll of my periodic and credit card bills are paid online, mostly thru apps a couple via the website. This is the worst app I have used and the website could be improved as well. Links don’t always work, can be difficult navigating through the app. Gave up using the app. UI is also the only account that charges a $1.99 convenience fee whether using a credit card or bank account to pay the bill online..Version: 1.1

Worthless - fees for every payment methodMight be a worthwhile app to manage and pay your water bill, but they charge a fee for every method of payment, e-check included. Maybe you could argue that the fee is justified if using a credit card, but certainly not to draw from a bank account. No thanks. I’ll mail a check and you can pay for the labor to open and process my payment, as well as the cost to continue sending me bills. Someday these companies will lose their arrogance treating customers like an inconvenience. Like we should really be paying you for the privilege of streamlining your payment processing?!.Version: 1.1

Worst app everThis app feels like it was designed by a high school dropout, autopay doesn’t work, saved cards get declined for no reason. And to top it off they charge you to make a payment. I will be setting up payment through my bank and have them mail 20 individual checks a month to pay the monthly bill. Any company that charges it’s customers a fee to make an electronic payment deserves to go out of business. Cashing a physical check costs them more money, you should get a discount to make an electronic payment, not a $2.25 fee..Version: 1.2

MyUtilityConnect, Myass!!Still won’t work! Can’t even get to the website, “server won’t connect! Fix the app, please!!!! If you really charge $1.99 to make a payment, you can forget about me paying on your app or website!! I’ll keep sending payment through my bank!!.Version: 1.1

GarbageBill loads fine but the ability to pay using the app hasn’t worked in years. It’s another garbage app that needs fixed or deleted completely so people’s time isn’t wasted on figuring out this app is complete garbage..Version: 1.1

This site is frustrating at bestI recently had to update my credit card info , the car expired in January . Updating every month since , and today again , April 10 , guess we will see if it is actually updated or if I’m gonna need to do this again next month . If I could give it zero stars, that would still be too manyThis app always crashes, always has some error that prevents me from paying my bill. Horrible App So Many Bugs and IssuesThis app needs to be completely redone with new coding engineers as this app has so many flaws and issues. You try to open up your current bill and time after time you try to open the new bill it only brings up bills that are from other time periods. Example after trying 10x in a row the bills that have been opened keep in mind trying to open current period bill. The only one that I want to see you can’t see, it pulls up bills from over a year old. I’m like what going on? I didn’t select a bill from a year ago I selected the bill for this period billing. So try again then it pulls up a bill that’s then 2 years old then 6 months old then again 1 year old. It’s the same issue for over a year nothing has been done to fix this. This app needs to be fixed or removed as this is not how how multi billion dollar company should operate such a horrible app for its customers..Version: 1.1

Payment feeSince it takes longer to pay thru my bank as I have always done, now I have to incur a payment fee of $1.99 which is wrong, since your cost goes up often. Since you changed your name I haven’t been given the new remit too address!!.Version: 1.2

WORST APP and WORST UTILITIES COMPANY EVER!!I don’t even know where to start. I paid my bill in the beginning of this month, they send me texts and emails saying that I owe the amount it already posted in the beginning of the month. I am so over this utilities company they have no clue what is going on. They need to pay a REAL IT technician to do a real job!! BillingCharging 1.99 to pay your bill , really. I think they make enough but charging high rates for water to where they wouldn’t have to charge to pay a bill. When your a senior citizen every little bit helps..Version: 1.7

Not fully functional yetAfter having zero success at updating my credit card expiration date via the new online laptop/desktop portal yesterday, it was suggested I download the app. (Neither Carolina Water Service or First Billing could update my credit card expiration date when I called them.) I’m on auto-pay. The app won’t bring up my auto-pay credit card to update the info. When I try adding the card as new with the new expiration date, it wouldn’t verify it. Same happened via laptop and wouldn’t accept a totally brand new card either. The app also doesn’t have the option to remove a credit card. When I clicked on “contact us” on the app, the app crashed. I ended up using the app without signing in and made a one time payment..Version: 1.1

HorribleI’ve been paying my utility bills online for years with no problem. However, today I decided to use their new app! I was told my payment didn’t go through because of a connection loss to their server and to try again later. I did and got the same message that it didn’t go through and to try again later. Then I received two confirmation emails, and it turns out I paid them twice!.Version: 1.1

Very un-intuitiveHow do you delete an old credit card? I couldn’t directly enter a bank card expiration. I know how to enter a date, I don’t need a calendar. It took me several tries to figure out that you have to use the stupid calendar - ridiculous. For the amount you charge us, I expect a better app. And, don’t even get me started on customer service..Version: 1.2

Worst app everI’m a new user and loved knowing I’d have an app to review and pay my bill online. Installed app and it will not let me in. Gives me the buffering circle saying loading. Per suggestion of the CSR, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing happening. I see there have been no updates for at least a year. Might want to relook at the app and make it more functional and accessible. Waste of my time. Ugh.Version: 1.1

Wishing for more stable billingIt would be nice if the auto pay stayed consistent. It would also be nice if your digital statement matched your billing statement but instead you have to go through history and find it..Version: 1.7

More optionsWe should be able to choose a date to make a payment in case you want or need to make multiple payments. And charges for using your bank account is unfair! If using a debit card or credit card that’s understandable but bank ach payments are free and should be here!.Version: 1.2
