✓ Most rated reviewI was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 127,000 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 312,800 USD within a couple of weeks. But i didn’t realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. Make sure you set up the prepaid crypto card and send some funds from your bank account so that when your selling the crypto you can withdraw to your fiat account. There is a percentage that is taken off when you sell to fiat but given the gains that can be made that is to be expected. ✓ Canadian UsersThere are a lot of reviews on here saying that if you are in Canada, you cannot use this app. This is not true ( at least not as of April 2021 when i started to use the app). I have successfully etransferred my money into and out of this app. There is no fee to transfer money in and out ( unlike some other apps). For me, this is an excellent app. It has plenty of crypto to buy, it also has plenty of platforms (Crypto Earn, Supercharger, credit ) and a credit card ( visa debit ) that you can use. That’s well more than other apps. Overall, its a very well rounded app with plenty of options and easy to use interface. It did take some time to get the Visa card, but not that much beyond the time frame they indicate. The only thing i woudl say is that it takes close to a day for a customer service person to respond to the query. However, all in all, my questions were not very urgent, and they were answered within the 24 hr period. It has nice charts and tables to track your funds. Transactions are quick, no messing around. You have to work out how to send money direct from your account to avoid 2.99 fees which kick in after 30 days on card transfers. It is easy to swap coins and also easy to swap back to real currency and transfer to you bank account (can take 2/3 days). I was able to deposit money on my Crypto account from my debit card pretty smoothly. Taking money out is pretty straight forward as long as your bank is on the list of compatible banks (which are big name banks and credit unions) I have a very small credit union so I had to open a bank account that was on that list. Pretty common with most app involving bank linking. The only thing I would like to be improved is faster customer service. They will always help you and resolve your issues but you just got to have patience.
