✓ Who designed this app?I am very surprised at how bad the UX in this mobile app. I accidentally ordered a sandwich in a wrong location. When I realized that happened, I was panicking looking for a cancel order... and it is nowhere to be found. I ended up have to call the store myself. Also, the typography is horrible ( it is cute but unreadable). Who have thought of using this font for customer support ? I barely read what I was writing to Flour....GoldenDoodle91Version: 1.1.1

✓ Constant problems ...Loyalty vs loyalty and pay scan codes never work correctly - it’s a toss up what happens when you use one vs the other. Transaction history isn’t accurate. The transaction history said I paid but the Flour employee said “that doesn’t always work right”. Huh? So you know that it doesn’t work right but don’t fix it? It’s a horrible customer experience to require me to prove one way or the other through my bank account transactions whether the app sent the transaction. But, that’s exactly what happened when the transaction history showed “paid” today. I couldn’t find it at my bank so I was asked to pay again. With the number of people behind the counter, one would think it would be a brilliant customer experience. ✓ The App, Not The FoodFirst off, this is not a review of the food at Flour, though I can say that is all delicious. Nor is it a review of the Boston location on Cambridge Street, but it has a wonderful staff and a great atmosphere. This is a review of the app. Despite a clean and relatively intuitive design with very good product pictures, the actual order process leaves much to be desired. At no point was I able to book a pickup time for even a hour in the future. The option was there, but not the execution. Ignoring that issue, notice that an item is unavailable is not given until checkout. Every attempt to modify the order resulted in the need to start from scratch. Otherwise, multiple orders may appear and then the cart needs to be cleared. Leaving just some items was not possible. If I hadn’t been in a time crunch while visiting someone at nearby Massachusetts General Hospital (a 3-minute walk once you take up to 15 minutes to exit the building) I would have ordered in person, giving me an opportunity to chat with the amiable staff and the pleasant clientele..CC HuntVersion: 1.3.3
