ONLINE HEALTH CARE OPTIONS

Depending on your plan, you can see a telehealth practitioner for medical, therapy or psychiatry services.

Medical services
• Online doctors are available 24/7 for minor symptoms like sore throats and stuffy noses.
• If they determine that you need a prescription, they can send one to your nearest pharmacy. They can also send visit notes to your primary care physician at your request.
• All of our telemedicine doctors are U.S. board certified.

Therapy services
• See a doctoral-level psychologist or a master’s-level therapist by appointment.
• Therapists include clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and professional counselors.
• All are trained in prevention and treatment techniques specific to telemedicine.

Psychiatry services
• Our psychiatrists are online doctors who are also U.S. board certified.

✓ Great first timeI was sure my cold was turning into an infection late in the week but was holding out hope. Weekend comes and it’s obvious it’s an infection. I was reminded of this feature and it was amazing. I saw Dr Fawn L and she was great. She not only was super friendly, she explained reasons behind some of the advice I’ve heard for years regarding sinus problems. ✗ App and site didn’t work for me. Even confirmed internet connection was strongApp didn’t work properly so I uninstall and reinstalled. Still shut down when doc tried to connect. Went to the site on computer, downloaded video installer etc. tested the video and all seemed to be working. Then again every time a doc tried to connect the video wouldn’t work (even though I tested and confirmed my internet and connection was great). Spent 1.5 hrs too many of my life on this today. This was a really bad experience especially when I’m feeling so sick..Chemical free zoneVersion: 11.1.318

✗ Good, if it works...The process could be great but the doctor never sent my prescription to my pharmacy. In order to get ahold of someone you have to wait in a call line that's well over a 90 minute wait. On top of that if you are waiting to see a doctor on your phone and pull away from the app for any reason (like a call comes in) or kicks you put off the app and out of line to visit the doctor. It won't let you rate your doctor after you see them. So the doctor your seeing may have a 5 start review but it's not by anyone who has seen them..MalloryH3369Version: 11.5.700
