✓ Call was canceled in the middle of video chatI have an earache and was assigned to a doctor named Cesar Sturla who was completely unprofessional. I could tell he did not want to work today, he had his hand on his head as if doing his job was a bore. He did not greet me nor did he ask what was going on. As soon as I told him that I had an earache he ended the telemedicine call. I am not sure if he was racist, overworked, or just plain rude but I believe he should have called off today. When someone is sick they do not need someone who doesn’t care for their patients to help them. He doesn’t need to be apart of this amazing app. I ended up seeing another doctor who was compassionate and listened to watch was actually wrong with me..ChiantaGVersion: 12.0.1906

✓ Doesn’t allow you to edit or add payment optionsI’m extremely frustrated with this app. I have my iPad with me, hoping I could do a doctor visit online, but the app insists that each and every one of my payment methods (HSA card, credit cards, debit card, all of which work EVERYWHERE ELSE) is “declined”. My address was typed exactly how it is everywhere else. Not sure if this is just a bug or not, but considering this app is for medical uses it’s pretty awful that it isn’t functioning properly and that I cannot get the medical care I need..Hni2021Version: 12.10.003

✓ Not helpful when I can’t get a decent doctorI started with one psychiatrist and didn’t feel like I was getting true help so I made a request to switch, I was told I had been approved to switch but my new psychiatrist appointment was canceled and I was automatically rescheduled with my old one. I called several numbers and was told several times I should be able to switch yet the last 6 appointments I’ve made have been canceled. I was abruptly taken off medication that was supposed to be slowly removed and monitored by a doctor but I have no doctor yet can’t schedule with a doctor. ✓ App and site didn’t work for me. Even confirmed internet connection was strongApp didn’t work properly so I uninstall and reinstalled. Still shut down when doc tried to connect. Went to the site on computer, downloaded video installer etc. tested the video and all seemed to be working. Then again every time a doc tried to connect the video wouldn’t work (even though I tested and confirmed my internet and connection was great). Spent 1.5 hrs too many of my life on this today. ✓ Good, if it works...The process could be great but the doctor never sent my prescription to my pharmacy. In order to get ahold of someone you have to wait in a call line that's well over a 90 minute wait. On top of that if you are waiting to see a doctor on your phone and pull away from the app for any reason (like a call comes in) or kicks you put off the app and out of line to visit the doctor. It won't let you rate your doctor after you see them. So the doctor your seeing may have a 5 start review but it's not by anyone who has seen them..MalloryH3369Version: 11.5.700

✓ Terrible!I have tried on 3 different occasions for my daughter and all 3 times there has been at least 20 their patients for each dr. I pick one at random on the lower end of people waiting and wait and wait. The number ahead does work its way down and then all of the sudden it will jump from 2 patients to 6. Then 10. Then it will start going down again only to jump several again. One evening we waiting for 25 minutes with 6 people ahead of us. Then it jumped to 12 and ended up kicking me out. I have not even been successful at speaking with a physician. At least they have not tried to bill me..Ohmom4Version: 11.5.700

✓ Wow, disappointingThis was the first time I used the app and I will never use this again. Waited over an hour and I was next in line when the doctor I was waiting for was no longer available and it kicked me out of the waiting room, back to the providers who were available who had minimum 20+ patients waiting. When I started originally I was the 13th in line. Can’t believe the system wouldn’t route me to another doctor so I wouldn’t have to wait all over again.
