✓ Update not goodI have been loving this app, the articles, and the chat with my coordinator, but the new update won’t let me open it and I can’t do my checklist, and therefore am missing out on articles..Terribly beVersion: 7.18.0

✓ DisconnectI can not access the app from my phone . All of a sudden you click on the app and it disappears I have tried deleting and adding it back and logging in again and it still happens for the past few days therefore I have no communications with my nurse case manager at this time- I need access to my nurse asap.RingmetwiceVersion: 7.18.0

✓ Needs more workThis is the type of minimalist system I would expect from BCBSM. It thinks that steps are the only exercise worth tracking. Unfortunately, there have been enough times, where I can’t access this app, that it is forcing me to give it no more than a three star rating.
