✓ Can’t actually book a flight so no use at allThe app does not populate any dates for birthdate so I can’t select my birthdate and so I can’t actually book a flight. Instead, I have to go on the aircanada mobile website to access my flight pass bookings. It is extremely frustrating. I also don’t understand why my birthdate doesn’t automatically populate as all other information does. I have updated the app but still no luck..Version: 1.24.2

✓ The App that was greatThis used to be the best travel app in Canada. Since the system upgrades it has lost most of its usefulness. No longer shows upgrades availability, no seat selection, no seat changes, no preferred seats for 100k, and no longer can make changes or cancel flights. This App is grounded. ✓ Close to TerribleThe app can work sometimes but mostly of the time it doesn’t. It doesn’t store your information from one flight pass to another and don’t try entering your birthdate. A calendar either doesn’t show up or you scroll for ages. The new version is worse than the last. On hold with AC for 3 hours to get a fix because the desktop flight passes don’t show up for 24hrs. No wonder everyone is frustrated!.Version: 1.25

✓ App DowngradeFlight pass used to give easy access to see seat availability. The functionality was disabled 18 months ago when there was an “upgrade”. Some upgrade. We used to also be able to see what flights are upgradable. That too went from the app on the “upgrade”. (Still sort of works on web). Give us the old app back!.Version: 1.24.0
✓ App is wonderful but signup is a painApp itself works really well whenever it does actually work. The ux is smooth and I can usually book a flight and get out without issue. Right now (and for the past day) it keeps logging me out, requiring my Aeroplan account info to log in again. But on that page I just see a continuous spinner so no actual way to get into the app. Perhaps you can add multiple ways to log in?.Version: 1.24.0
