✗ Too many technical problemsThe app requires a lot of your valuable time complaining to get things fixed... among all the problems I had, the worst was that my progression was lost. First they said they could fix it, then they said they could not. After complaining a lot, they extended my subscription to atone for these problems and treated as 'a one time courtesy', when in reality it is the minimum they should be doing. Be aware, besides your money, you will have to spend a lot of time exercising your rights as a customer and requesting support. I feel bad for the people who created the content, the bad app makes it not worth your money and time..JupowerVersion: 11.23.1

✗ I had it for one year...It is expensive like heck and they make it so hard to cancel the membership that it drives me crazy. I do NOT want to pay one more year a subscription as expensive as Netflix or other services that give me just as valuable content... and I can not cancel my subscription. Can you believe that?
